Today was our launching and it was great seeing young people who want to Be the light that will make others(youth) to see not only in a Nation but globally.This task is not impossible. Why? Because God has given Us the authority to do so in
Isaiah 60.1
"Arise, shine ;for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee"
And also the bible says in Ecclesiastics 12:1 that we should
"Remember now thy creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, i have no pleasure in them.
This is a platform,created to help make an impact in youth lives rather than condemning them. Nowadays peer pressure(and other things) are carrying lot astray and that's the negative aspect of it, but are we thinking of the positive side as Christians? Let take a quick glance in the Bible. Now, there are so many instances wherein God used youths to lead/deliver his people.One example is Joseph.We all know that Joseph was a young man and another was David and many more.So rather than judging,criticizing,condemning them, you can be an eye opener today. No matter where you find yourself be it a Christian gathering or not, always try to make an impact in someone's life. And that's what YCF is all about.Bringing young people to God not only that but also making them to be an impact to someone else in the society. It is not by our might, nor power but by the spirit of God.And with God all things are possible.
