📢 ADMISSIONS NOW OPEN – 2026/2027 ACADEMIC YEAR

Grace Baptist Elementary & Junior High School, located on the Kokoyah Road in Gbarnga City, is pleased to announce that admissions are now open for the 2026/2027 Academic Year.

We invite parents and guardians to enroll their children from Kindergarten through Grade 9.

📅 Entrance Examination Dates (9:00 A.M.)

• First Entrance: Friday, July 31, 2026
• Second Entrance: Thursday, August 6, 2026
• Third Entrance: Wednesday, August 12, 2026
• Fourth Entrance: Friday, August 21, 2026

💰 Entrance Fees
• Grades 1–3: LD$150
• Grades 4–6: LD$200
• Grades 7–9: LD$250

📝 Registration

• New Students: August 4 – August 18, 2026
• Old Students: August 18 – September 2, 2026

📌 Required Documents

New students must present their report card, academic transcript, and a letter of recommendation from their previous school. Old students should present their most recent report card.

🎓 Scholarships Available

Scholarships will be awarded to outstanding footballers, kickballers, and quizzers. Details will be announced soon.

📖 Information sheet is available on campus for LD$150.

The school is accepting applications from qualified teachers in Mathematics, General Science, and Health Science for the Junior High Division, as well as a Self-Contained Teacher for the Nursery Class. Former teachers are encouraged to reapply. Application deadline: August 26, 2026.
