Greetings and Blessed day ahead beloved. I keep you always in my prayers as we "GO GET THEM". Its about the FATHER'S AGENDA.

What is the FATHER'S Agenda?
𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙’𝙨 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙢𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙃𝙞𝙢, “to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4).” The salvation of mankind is God’s love-filled agenda, and we have been tremendously graced by Him to know His love. How can we not lay aside our selfish agendas for the Lord’s mission? Let us do our part in God’s harvest field and spread His kingdom by sharing the Gospel and shining our light to everyone around us. 𝙈𝙖𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙’𝙨 𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙙𝙤𝙢 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙚𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙗𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙖 𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙙𝙤.

DAILY BREAD OF LIFE....
SATURDAY 6TH NOV., 2021

WORD FOCUS: DO NOT BE DISTRACTED
TEXT: John.21:20-23 "Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee? Peter seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man do? Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me..."

Most people are not advancing in their Christian walk because they keep looking at others. Peter had an encounter with the Lord Jesus after He was raised from the dead and in this encounter Peter reiterated his love and commitment for God and promised to take care of His sheep. Jesus also told Peter what he would suffer and the type of death he would die because of the gospel and encouraged Peter to follow Him. Peter did not complain but he was ready to take up his cross and follow Jesus. But Peter got distracted when he saw John and asked what type of death he would die also. Jesus rebuked Peter and asked him to mind his business rather than poke his nose on what He (Jesus) does with others (vs.23). Sometimes we ask ourselves, “are we not all Christians, why are some people having it so easy and I am having all these hardship and temptations? Sometimes you compare yourself with others in your church or fellowship and you see those you presume are less faithful than you or those who do not follow God sheepishly prospering and you are tempted to ask what is happening, why are you not prospering like them? Do you know God's will for you and for others? God's will is God's will. Beloved, it is not your business to know how God is dealing with others. Jesus is saying to you today, do not be distracted, just follow.
There is great danger in starting a thing and not being
able to finish it. Distraction is a major hindrance to our Christian walk with God. It comes in different forms.
Watch it! Remain focused.

TUESDAY 12TH OCT., 2021

WORD FOCUS: YOUR OFFERING SPEAKS
TEXT: Acts 10:1-4 "There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called the Italian band, A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway...."

God abhors the spirit of greed and selfishness. A greedy person can never offer any pleasing sacrifice to God. Every offering speaks before God on behalf of its giver. Every offering you make speaks one or two things on your behalf. It either speaks reward or rejection. While an offering given cheerfully and wholeheartedly speaks reward on behalf of the giver, that which is given carnally and grudgingly speaks rejection on behalf of the giver. This implies that the kind of offering and the manner with which it is given matters a lot. It determines what your offering speaks – reward or rejection. Beloved, there is no specific amount required of you as offering. Your offering should be in proportion to your income or what you have at any given time. Beloved, let us examine our attitude and cultivate an acceptable approach towards making our offerings because we belong to God and what we have is held as a trust for God. If you are stingy or selfish with what God has given you, you are only depriving yourself of God's blessings. God loves a cheerful giver.

An offering not given with the right mind is rejected by God. Let your offering be beautiful and given cheerfully so that it may attract the blessings of God in all your work and everything you lay your hand to do.

FRIDAY 19TH MARCH, 2021

WORD FOCUS: REASON TO GIVE THANKS TO GOD (6)
TEXT: John 1:12 "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:.."

K is for Kinship restored. We give thanks because through Jesus Christ, Our kinship relationship with God is restored. This means that we are now of the same linage as God. He is our heavenly Father. We are kinfolk with God Himself. We also share a spiritual relationship with the entire community of the redeemed, with the saints of old and with everyone who has received Jesus Christ and His eternal life.
The Apostle John says it so clearly: “Yet to all…”. You and I are among those who have received Jesus. He has given to you and me the right to be His kinfolk, His children and relatives within His family. That is an authentic reason to be thankful. Just think of it: We are not spiritual homeless. We are not spiritual wanderers. We are not nameless or forgotten orphans. We are no longer separated from God. We are not without identity. We are esteemed as royal kinfolk of the God of creation. Jesus Christ has reconnected us to our eternal Father and has established us in our rightful inheritance. Allow me to ask some piercing questions. In the privacy of your life, do you ever lament familial, biological relationships? Do your experience emotional pain because of your parents or because of your children? Have any of your relatives said or done things that bruised you physically or emotionally? Do you ever suffer in some area because of your natural family? If so, I encourage you to allow the Holy Spirit of God to rise within you and to heal the wounds that you have suffered. Allow the Lord to reaffirm your intimate kinship with God as your Father. He loves you and He has the power to heal what is bruised or broken. The blood of Christ now covers all the disappointments and suffering that you have endured through natural family relationships. You can put those issues in God’s hand and trust Him to take care of them. You cannot change other people. You cannot go back in time and undo yesterday’s events. But you can turn your face to the One who calls you His Kin. He steps in to shield you and heal you because He loves you. You are His child, it is your right to be in His family and to experience the same benefits that every other member of His family enjoys. Allow Your KINSHIP connection with God through Jesus, to be the healing reality in your life.
Meditate on your status as God’s child. Allow the truth to permeate your thinking and your emotions. Let the oil of God’s healing presence turn your mourning into rejoicing. You now belong to the entire family of God, so Give Thanks to Him for accepting you as His child. Your kinship with God has been restored.
