In Sri Lanka central province has Sri Selva Vinayagar Temple situated at panwila village. This temple was built in 1969 the first administration group had bought land and built a temple. Mr.Sellamuthu pillai (President in 1985 – 1987) worked as a former temple treasurer, and he originate a great temple management. Mr.Karuppiah pillai (President in 1987 – 1990) again came to the leadership position. Also he preserve hugely contributed to our cultural heritage. Mr.Mayil vaaganam (President in 1990 – 2002) who had brought a new Amman sculpture and a Vishnu sculpture (Donated by Ravindran family - Balagolla). Moreover constructed by bell turret. He had decided to improve children’s education thus and so He was started Ara Neri School. After that Mr.Vijaya kumar (President in 2002 – 2012) who had re-construction the temple and he had started preschool for children education. Mr.Suresh kumar (President in 2012 – Still) carrying this re-construction and who assist to organized a free class for developed scholarship test students of panwila region furthermore, He opportunity to build up good Hindu Society.
