Today, we celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Sri Lanka, a day that holds great significance for both our faith and our nation. On this special day, as we commemorate the independence of our beloved motherland, we also remember the constant presence of Mother Mary, our guiding star.

As a nation, we are under her loving protection, and we trust in her intercession on our behalf. She is always there to guide us, offering her maternal care and support.

Let us, as a united people, turn to Mother Mary, asking for her continued guidance and strength. May she lead us on the path of truth, justice, and peace, so that we may grow as a true and harmonious nation, rooted in faith, love, and unity. We ask for her protection and for the wisdom to uphold the values that make our country strong.
