St.Joseph's Youth Uyana We are the Catholic Youth Society of St. Joseph's Church, Uyana Moratuwa a community of young believers united in faith, service, and fellowship.

Guided by our patron St. Joseph and inspired by our motto “ITE AD JOSEPH” ("Go to Joseph").

මෙවරෙන් ජය සිරියෙන් මෙවරත් පුර උයනට අවුරුදු එන්නේ.....

A blessed procession by the St. Joseph’s Youth Society, carrying a 100+ year old restored statue of the Resurrected Christ, with a beautifully decorated chariot after the Easter Vigil.

The Annual Youth Pilgrimage to the National Calvary Shrine, Maggona, was truly a grace-filled and spiritually uplifting journey. With hearts united in faith, the youth members prayerfully walked the Way of the Cross during this sacred season of Lent, reflecting deeply on the passion and sacrifice of our Lord.

A special and touching moment of the pilgrimage was the singing of the Way of the Cross hymn, beautifully composed and presented by our very own youth members. This offering of devotion was warmly appreciated and praised by the Shrine priests, bringing joy and encouragement to all.

It was indeed a blessed and holy day, a time of renewal, reflection, and drawing closer to God through prayer, sacrifice, and fellowship. 🙏✨

As we come to the final day of our Novena, we reflect on St. Joseph’s quiet strength and faithful protection. Entrusted with the care of Mary and Jesus, he responded with courage, love, and unwavering trust in God.

In a world full of uncertainty, Joseph reminds us of our calling to protect, guide, and care for those God has placed in our lives. May his example inspire us to build families rooted in faith, love, and unity.
