Experience the living presence and divine grace of Jesus as the entire Diocese of Kurunegala gathers as one family! ✝️✨

Under the theme “Eucharistic Community of Synodality,” we warmly invite you to the spiritual highlight of our year—the Diocesan Eucharistic Feast 2026. 🕊️❤️

📅 Saturday, 19th September 2026

Program Schedule:

🌅 06:30 AM: Solemn Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament for public veneration and prayer service at the Church of the Infant Jesus, Dummalasuriya.

🚶‍♂️ 08:30 AM: Grand Eucharistic Procession proceeding from the Church of the Infant Jesus, Dummalasuriya to the Shrine of St. Anne, Kattimahana.

⛪ Followed by: Diocesan Eucharistic Service, special anniversary hymn, and Holy Mass at the Shrine of St. Anne, Kattimahana.

Join us on this journey of faith, unity, and spiritual renewal. Everyone is welcome! 🙏✨

Happy Birthday, Blessed Virgin Mary!

Today, 8th September, the Catholic Church joyfully celebrates the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary . the birthday of our loving Mother, the Mother of Jesus, and the Mother of us all.

On this special and blessed day, let us turn to Mother Mary with grateful hearts and ask for her loving intercession. May she guide us closer to her Son, Jesus Christ, and inspire us to live lives filled with faith, humility, love, and service.

As young people of the Church, may we always say “Yes” to God with the same courage and faith that Mother Mary showed throughout her life.

Happy Birthday, Dear Mother Mary!
