On this beautiful feast, we remember the simple yet powerful faith of St. Francisco and St. Jacinta, the little shepherds who listened to Our Lady and gave their lives to prayer, sacrifice, and love for God. Their innocence and courage remind us that holiness is possible at any age when we say “yes” to God.

🙏 St. Francisco and St. Jacinta, teach us to pray, to make sacrifices with love, and to lead others closer to Christ. Pray for us.

“Remember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return.”
Today we begin the Lenten journey — a season of repentance, prayer, and return to God. As we receive ashes, we humble our hearts, turn away from sin, and walk closer with Jesus Christ through the path of the Cross.

May this Ash Wednesday renew our faith, deepen our repentance, and draw us into a truer, closer life with Him.

✝️ Repent. Believe in the Gospel. Return to the Lord.

අද අපි චතාරික ගමන ආරම්භ කරමු - පසුතැවිලි වීමේ, යාච්ඤා කිරීමේ සහ දෙවියන් වහන්සේ වෙත නැවත පැමිණීමේ සමයකි. අපට අළු ලැබෙන විට, අපි අපගේ හදවත් නිහතමානී කර, පාපයෙන් ඉවත් වී, කුරුසියේ මාර්ගය හරහා ජේසුස් ක්‍රිස්තුස් වහන්සේ සමඟ සමීපව ගමන් කරමු.

මෙම අළු බදාදා අපගේ ඇදහිල්ල අලුත් කර, අපගේ පසුතැවිල්ල ගැඹුරු කර, උන්වහන්සේ සමඟ සැබෑ, සමීප ජීවිතයකට අපව ඇද ගනු ඇත.

✝️ පසුතැවිලි වන්න. ශුභාරංචිය විශ්වාස කරන්න. ස්වාමින් වහන්සේ වෙත ආපසු යන්න.
