This Friday at YAF, we are excited to welcome Dr. Thujeevan, who will be speaking on the importance of choosing wellness in today's fast-paced world.

With deadlines, classes, practices, meetings, and social commitments filling our schedules, it is easy to neglect our physical well-being.

This session will explore why caring for our health matters and how it enables us to live fuller, healthier lives as we serve ourselves, our families, and God.
