Then to ourselves: humanity made in God's image, dignified and accountable — and the fall, the nature and reach of sin, and why every doctrine that follows depends on getting this one right. Each question is argued from Scripture, weighed against the alternatives, and pressed into pastoral practice.

Every gospel worker crosses a culture. This course hands you the anthropologist's tools — worldview, kinship, ritual, honour and shame, symbol and taboo — and puts them to work on the communities you already serve. You will learn to see the assumptions you carry without noticing, and the ones your hearers carry too.

From there to the harder question: how do you tell the gospel apart from its packaging? You will practise ministering across Sri Lanka's languages and communities without losing the truth in translation, and without mistaking your own customs for the message itself.
