Mrs. Maria Francisca
Beloved mother of Rt Rev. Dr. Wymon Croos, Chairman of National Catholic Youth Federation of Sri Lanka and Bishop of the Diocese of Ratnapura, has passed away peacefully in the Lord.

_“Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” – Matthew 5:4_

Her mortal remains will lie at her residence at No. 1, Kottapitiya, Bangadeniya, from 7:00 p.m. today, 11th July.

The cortege will leave the residence on Monday, 13th July at 3:00 p.m.
The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anthony's Shrine, Kottapitiya, at 3:30 p.m., followed by burial at the Catholic Cemetery, Kottapitiya.

May her soul rest in peace.

From Peter's first step of trust to the Pope's leadership today, the Church continues to be guided by God's grace.

This Pope's Day, let our celebration become a prayer:

🙏 For wisdom in every decision.
🙏 For strength in every challenge.
🙏 For courage in every call to serve.

May the Holy Father continue to lead the Church as a shepherd of peace and mercy, and may we walk beside him as a generation rooted in faith and alive in hope.
