1896 වසරේ J.H.Darrel පියතුමා විසින් පිහිටුවන ලද රිච්මන්ඩ් ශිෂ්‍ය නායක මණ්ඩලය උප ශිෂ්‍ය නායක , ශිෂ්‍ය නායක හා අධි ජ්‍යෙෂ්ට ශිෂ්‍ය නායක කණ්ඩායම් 3කින් සමන්විත වේ.උසස් පෙළ සිසුන් ගෙන් අයදුම්පත් කන්දවීමෙම් අනතුරුව සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණයක් තබමින් වසරේ නව උප ශිෂ්‍ය නායකයන් තොර ගැනීම සිදු කරනු ලැබේ. වර්ෂයේ පළමු ශිෂ්‍ය රැස්වීමේදී මෙම පත් කිරීම් සිදු කරනු ලබන අතර එදින පෙර වසරේ තම සේවා කාලය සම්පුර්ණ කල උප ශිෂ්‍

ය නායකයන් ශිෂ්‍ය නායක තනතුරටත් ශිෂ්‍ය නායකයින් අධි ජ්‍යෙෂ්ටත්වයටත් පත් කරනු ලැබේ.මෙහිදී ශිෂ්‍ය නායක මණ්ඩලයේ සාමාජිකයින් වන සහකාර භාණ්ඩාගාරික, සහකාර ලේකම් , භාණ්ඩාගාරික, ලේකම් නිල වශයෙන් ප්‍රකාශ කිරීම සිදු කෙරේ.අනතුරුව සුවිශේෂීම අවස්ථාව වන ජ්‍යෙෂ්ට (ප්‍රධාන) ශිෂ්‍ය නායක පත් කිරීම සිදු කරනු ලබන අතර එම අවස්ථාවේදී සමස්ත ගුරු මණ්ඩලයම නැගී සිටීමෙන් එහි ඇති වෙදගත් බව තහවුරු කෙරේ. අන් ශිෂ්‍ය නායක මණ්ඩල වලට වැඩ රිච්මන්ඩ් ශිෂ්‍ය නායක මණ්ඩලයේ ඇති ප්‍රධානම වෙනස්කම් වනුයේ මණ්ඩලය භාර ගුරුවරයෙක් නොමැති වීම වේ. එසේම ප්‍රධාන ශිෂ්‍ය නායක තනතුර වෙනුවට ජ්‍යෙෂ්ට ශිෂ්‍ය නායක තනතුර මත පාලන කටයුතු සිදු වීමත් ශිෂ්‍ය නායක කාන්මරය හා රැස්වීම් ශාලාවට පිවිසීම ha පරිහරණය ශිෂ්‍ය නායක මණ්ඩලයේ සාමාජිකයන්ටත් විදුහල්පතිතුමාටත් පමණක් වීමද සුවිශේෂි වේ.
