Today was a blessed and joyful day at Colombo Central Church as we came together to celebrate several special moments in our church family.

We celebrated Women’s Day, appreciating the strength, dedication, and faith of our wonderful women in our church. It was also Family Sunday, reminding us of the importance of growing together as a family in Christ.

During the service, we had a new soldier dedication, and we warmly welcomed her to our church family. We also shared a heartfelt farewell to our candidates, Candidate Asiri Peiris & Candidate Gimhani Peiris thanking them for their service. Please pray for God’s guidance as they continue their journey with God.

This is a important day for our church family as we officially welcome our newly appointed Corps Officers, Captains Aruna and Rangika Fernando. Captains, we warmly welcome you both to Central Church! We are eager to serve alongside you. We are also honored to have Major and Mrs Jayarathnasingham with us today to conduct the Installation and Dedication ceremony.

Additionally, it is a joy to welcome our two newly appointed Corps Helpers, Candidates Asiri and Yushma Peiris. They will be supporting the work of our officers here briefly before they begin their journey at the training college.
