Sai Ram.
On Sunday morning, 9 August 2026, our Sai Centre was blessed by the visit of Sai Sri Surendra Bhandari and Smt. Bhandari.
This was the first overseas visit of Brother Surendra Bhandari after assuming office as the President of the Sri Sathya Sai Overseas Organisation, Zone 4, and as a member of the Sri Sathya Sai Global Council, Puttaparthi.
Under his guidance, the Sai institutions in Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Cambodia, and Myanmar function as part of Zone 4.
We had the honour and privilege of warmly welcoming both Sai Sri and Smt. Bhandari to our Sai Centre. A letter of gratitude was also presented to express our heartfelt thanks for their inspiring visit.
May Bhagawan’s blessings continue to guide them in their noble service to humanity.

Thank you very much for visiting our Sai Nilayam. We, the Trustees of the Sri Sathya Sai Centre of Colombo, Shirdi Sai Centre of Sri Lanka, and Sri Sathya Sai Trust of Sri Lanka, are truly proud and happy to welcome both of you to our sacred centre, which is blessed by Bhagawan.
It was our great pleasure to present you with the commemorative stamp celebrating Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s 100th Birth Anniversary, together with Holy Prasadam.
We were also happy to share with you the history and spiritual journey of Sai Nilayam, supported by our records and photographs.
It was a special opportunity to be informed that Brother Sivananthan, is the newly appointed Advisor to the National Council in Sri Lanka. As I explained during our meeting, Brother. Sivananthan is a dedicated and dependable person for this important responsibility. He has been serving our Nilayam in many ways—as a Bhajan singer, a music teacher for our Bala Vikas students, and a spiritual speaker who conducts Satsang for Sai devotees.
We sincerely hope that both of you had a wonderful spiritual experience at Sai Nilayam and felt the divine presence and blessings of Bhagawan.
Once again, thank you very much for your kind visit and for sharing your valuable time with us.
May Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s divine blessings always be with both of you.

Thank you very much, Sir, for making our visit to Sri Lanka such a blessed and spiritually enriching experience. We feel truly privileged and honoured to have been given this wonderful opportunity.
