Seven English medium catechists of the Archdiocese of Colombo participated in a special Catechetical Course held at Shanthi Sadan, Goa, India, from 08 June to 13 June 2026.

We sincerely appreciate their generous commitment in *personally bearing all the expenses* in order to strengthen their catechetical mission and service to the Church.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to them and their families for this dedication, and we prayerfully encourage their continued contribution and greater involvement in the catechetical ministry in the Archdiocese in the years to come.

During the month of May, Sunday Schools across the Archdiocese of Colombo organized Holy Masses, exhibitions and various programmes in honour of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Special Marian devotions, including the Rosary and other prayer services, helped students deepen their faith and grow in their love for Mary as a model of Christian discipleship.

2026 මැයි මස 24 වන ඉරු දින සෙත් සරණ ආයතනය, පරිසර යුක්ති කේන්ද්‍රය හා මුතුරාජවෙල සුරැකීමේ අගරදගුරු පදවි කමිටුව එක්ව සිදු කරනු ලැබූ "මුතුරාජවෙල සංරක්ෂණ දිනය" දහම් පාසල් දරුවන් සඳහා- "පරිසර දහම් පාසල" පමුනුගම ශාන්ත ජෝසප් මූනිදුන්ගේ දේවස්ථාන භූමියේදී පැවතිණි.

පමුණුගම දිසාවේ සියළුම දහම් පාසල්වල ශිෂ්‍ය නායක නායිකාවන් මෙම වැඩසටහන සඳහා සහභාගි විය.

එහිදී දහම් පාසල් දරුවන් සඳහා දිව්‍ය පූජාවද, පමුණුගම දහම් පාසල් බැහැ දැකීමද පදවිය අධ්‍යක්ෂක පියතුමා විසින් සිදුවිය.
