• مراحل القدّاس:
- وقت للتسبيح

نبدأ لقاءنا و قدّاسنا بالترنيم و التهليل للرب، نضع أمامه ذواتنا مقدّمين له وقتنا و منشدين له مع العود والكنّارة"، واضعين أنفسنا في حضوره"
نسِير بهدوء، واضعين همومنا جميعها بين يدَيّ الرب و معمّقين الوعي لحضور الآب. نطلب الروح القدس الذي سيفتتح حوارنا مع

الله


- وقت لقراءة الانجيل

نقرأ مقطعّا من الانجيل. بعدها يقترح علينا الذي يقود الصلاة نقاط للتأمّل مذكّرا بطريقة التأمل الاغناطي ويطلق التأمّل


- وقت لعيش كلمة الله

وقت شخصي، أنا مدعو فيه للصلاة ولعيش النصّ في المكان الذي أختاره... أمام أيقونة، في الكنيسة، أمام الصليب... وقت أنا مدعوّ فيه للتوغّل في سرّ شخص يسوع ... أطلب إليه أن يجعلني أغوص في قلب الله وفي قلب الإنسان ....حوار يجري في أعماق قلبي و أنا أصغي للّه

- وقت للمشاركة

بعد التأمّل، نجتمع ضمن فرق صغيرة للمشاركة بخبرة الصلاة... وقت لاستقبال خبرات و أفكار بعضنا، و ليس للنقاش. وقت للشهادة لعمل وحضور اللّه في كلّ منّا


- وقت للاصغاء

نصغي لكلمة حول التأمّل و نبدأ مسيرة نحو الله الذي يكشف لنا عن ذاته في حوارٍ تسوده الحرية... أنذهل امام الله الذي يخاطبني.... فقد سبقني إلى الصلاة وكلّما فتحت كتاب كلمته، أقرأ قصّة حبّ تعنيني شخصّيا. فلست أنا الذي يفتّش عن الله ، بل هو الذي لا يكف عن طَرق باب قلبي


- وقت للشكر

بعد مشاركتنا لعمل كلمة اللّه في قلوبنا نتابع المشاركة في القداس جماعة واحدة متّحدة بالمسيح شاكرين اللّه على عمله و حضوره في تأمّلنا و لقائنا


- وقت للصداقة

بعد ختام القداس، نتلاقى كأصدقاء، بحماس وحبّ... وقت نتشارك فيه أحلامنا، حياتنا وفرحنا

💟 Lent Journey: In Jesus’ eyes - You are Worthy of Love

When Jesus died on the cross, He proved that our worth surpasses all earthly things. In His eyes, we are loved and worth dying for.

Regardless of what the voices in our head say that we are, Jesus showed us that we deserve someone to give up his life for us. For our worth never comes from what we have or what we do, but what God gave us and what He did on the cross.

Let us contemplate today Jesus, risen from the dead, telling us… You are worthy of love!!

💟 Lent Journey: In Jesus’ eyes - You are Saved

When the people saw the donkey, everything they hoped for was confirmed. They knew that this is the moment when they will be saved. But Jesus was not the kind of king they expected. He was what they need and not what they want. He is a greater savior than these people can currently imagine.

Hosanna! Save us! The same words they praised then; we praise today. For the whole world declares Jesus is the Savior.

Let us contemplate today Jesus, the true king of peace, telling us… You are saved!!
