The Holy Spirit Is Our Intercessor

This is one of the greatest miracles of grace. The apostle Paul told us that the Holy Spirit who lives inside us “intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words” (Rom. 8:26). Even when we don’t know how to pray, the Spirit prays the perfect will of God. No matter what kind of dark difficulty we face, the Spirit travails for us until we emerge safely through the test.
Have you ever “groaned” in prayer? Most of us know the feeling. We may not feel full of faith when we utter our deepest cries to God. We could be going through a difficult struggle and not feeling very spiritual.
We may not even be able to muster the strength to pray for half an hour. Our prayers may be a pitiful series of short phrases such as, “Help me, God!” or “Lord, I don’t know how much longer I can hold on.”
But, according to the Bible, these kinds of prayers are powerful. All you have to do is read the psalms of King David to know that God hears prayers such as: “O Lord my God, I cried to you for help” (Ps. 30:2).
And what is so comforting is that when we feel frustrated in prayer or don’t know what to say, the Spirit is praying at a deeper level inside us—and He knows what to pray! That is the promise of Romans 8:26.
Many of us are at the most intense stage of the birth process, the transition phase. Childbirth is the time when a pregnant woman feels confused, irritable, and restless. We endure similar feelings of desperation in our walk of faith. We ask ourselves, “Did God really promise me that?” Everything inside us wants to quit believing.
This is how the travailing process works—and we have the Holy Spirit to help us through the pain. He prays with groanings too deep for words until faith gives birth to the answer we are waiting for.

"Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. Deuteronomy 31:6"

Devotion : God wants you to put an end to all manner of fear. He also wants you to dissociate yourself from all the elements and environments that put fear in you. If your fear is coming from hearing stories of death, stop listening to stories about death and be courageous. Do an introspection about your life, and identify whatever is causing fear in you so that you can stand against it in prayer and confession, saying, "I am not afraid of you anymore, because greater is He that is me than he that is in the world. Devil, get thee behind me." As you say this boldly in faith, the devil and the fear will depart from you; you have stood against the enemy behind your fear and have defeated him. Also know that God is always with you to back up your prayer and confession of the Word of God; this should motivate you to be strong and courageous always so that others can learn from you. Praise the Lord!

"For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:10"

Devotion : Salvation is defined as the act of saving someone from sin or evil or the state of being saved from sin or evil. It is also defined as something that saves someone or something from danger or a difficult situation. The person who saved us from our sins is Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Even though Jesus Christ died for all mankind, it is not everyone who has accepted Him for this work He has done. Hence salvation can only be effectual personally by first of all believing in your heart that Jesus Christ truly died for your sins and that God raised Him from the dead. Secondly, you must confess to Him with your mouth as Lord over your life. If you take these two very important steps of faith, then you will be saved. It does not end here however; you must continually work out your salvation by being a follower and imitator of God (Ephesians 5:1). As you follow God in the person of our Lord Jesus Christ, He will bless you with good health, prosperity, wealth, etc., which are all part of salvation. Praise the Lord!

Is Your Case Bigger Than God?

But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Matthew 10:30 (KJV)

Life without challenges brings no promotion. The Most High is wiser than mankind. He is the Great Judge of all His creation. He has instituted reward and punishment in His judgment. He created heaven to be a perfect place and the earth to be an imperfect place. Once you live on this earth there will be challenging times to test your faith in God. Any time you pass the test you are promoted and rewarded. The test of our faith is continues until we finally get to heaven. Dear beloved, God is bigger than your challenges or problems that confront you; trust in His Word that if the very hairs on your head are all numbered by Him, then your challenges are too small for Him to handle. Keep believing in Him and His Word; Hold onto His Word of promise that He will never leave you nor forsake you and He will come through for you, Hebrews 13:5. Your miracle is at hand. Hallelujah! Be An Overcomer!

The Holy Spirit Is Our Regenerator

Meet the Holy Spirit, who can do it all. He is the Spirit of God. He has limitless power and wisdom, yet He willingly comes to live inside any person who believes in Jesus Christ. And that means we have access to His amazing power. As I pondered the work of the Holy Spirit in Scripture and in my own life, I identified seven distinct roles He plays.
Jesus told Nicodemus that we are born again by the Holy Spirit. “Truly, truly, I say to you,” Jesus said in John 3:5, “unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.” True conversion is the most supernatural thing we will ever experience. When a person puts his faith in Christ for salvation, it is the Spirit who opens the heart and imparts divine life.
He then indwells us, giving us the confidence that we are now children of God. None of us would be Christians today if it were not for the regenerating power of the Spirit.
And if you have ever led someone to faith in Christ, you know it is truly the most amazing miracle God can perform. If you are praying for someone to repent and give his heart to Jesus, do not minimize the role the Holy Spirit plays in this process.
How does this miracle happen? We typically tell new Christians that Jesus came into their hearts at the moment they repented of their sins. But again our language limits the grandeur of a true conversion.
When the Holy Spirit enters the life of a repentant believer, He literally breathes new life into the dead! Just as the prophet Ezekiel watched dry skeletons stand up, grow new flesh, and breathe again (Ezek. 37), people who are dead in sin are resurrected to a new life when they believe in Jesus Christ for the first time.
Never forget the raw power of conversion. Of all the manifestations of the Holy Spirit available to us, conversion is the most precious—and the most powerful. Never minimize the Holy Spirit’s power to transform a sinner.

"Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop: but a good word maketh it glad. Proverbs 12:25"

Devotion :
One of the weapons of the enemy against the saints is anxiety or worry. He uses it to demoralize Christians or create doubt in their hearts, but the Almighty God has given the saints the weapons they need to overcome anxiety. The first weapon is the good word: You need to hear a good word to defeat anxiety. The good word is found in the Holy Scriptures; therefore, find a scripture that is related to that worry, declare it to yourself, and the anxiety will disappear. The second weapon is to give thanks and praise to God for what He has done for you; as you sing and thank Him, the burden of worry will be lifted from you. The last weapon is to pray, especially in other tongues, and the Holy Ghost will crush the anxiety.

Matthew 11:28-29

28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Luke 21:25-28
And there will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity because of the roaring of the sea and the waves, people fainting with fear and with foreboding of what is coming on the world. For the powers of the heavens will be shaken. And then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. Now when these things begin to take place, straighten up and raise your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”
