East End Seventh-day Adventist Church The East End Seventh-day Adventist Church is located in the Tranquil district of East End, Grand Cay

In addition to being the birthplace of Adventist church in the Cayman Islands we are the only church with a beach that leads to the worlds largest baptistery, the Caribbean sea. Our beach is a popular site for Pathfinders Weekend camping by other churches, and the scene of many baptisms.
