뷰티풀 교회는 하나님의 특별하신 섭리로 기독교 교회의 시대적 사명을 감당하고자 미국에서 건너온 7명의 설립자들을 중심으로 2013년 2월 24일 서울시 광진구 자양동에서 첫 예배를 드리므로 시작되었습니다.
뷰티풀 교회는 아가서 1:15, 4:7의 말씀 ‘아름다워라, 나의 사랑. 아름다워라, 비둘기 같은 그 눈동자.’ 에서 우리의 신랑 되시는 예수님의 신부된 아름다움을 영어로 표현하여 ‘뷰티풀 교회’ 라고 이름을 정하였습니다.
