In Genesis chapter 6 God's regret at the Fall of humans and the warning of the flood judgment, and also the hopeful story of the one person that God has found to recreating the human race unfold.

Noah found favor in the eyes of God.
Because Noah was different from the rest of the people who have disappointed and confused God in those days.

What are the points that we can learn and benchmark from Noah?

1..He was righteous.
Righteousness in the Bible is different from goodness. It means that he fully believes in God and that he is in perfect relationship with God. These days it is difficult to keep our faith, but the person who has succeeded in standing right in front of God is righteous and gets recognized from God.

2. He was blameless among the people of his time.
“Being blameless“ does not mean perfection as God, but constant exertions to reach God's standards. It means to live just as Noah did according to God's will without falling into sin. We also must live blamelessly to follow God's standards as God's people in this generation.

3. He walked with God.
When God's people walk with him, they are the most wonderful and they can be supplied with much grace through him. “Walking with God“ means having the same mind with him. Noah walked with God to the end.

Beyond conflict(Genesis 4:5-7)

Genesis is the scripture on the changes in humanity and the kind of documentary on human that God show us.

God made the world and decided the rules for humans that resembles the image and likeness of his own for their maintaining the happiness of Eden, had humans enjoy everything.

However, in less than chapter 3 humans were trapped by temptation, knocked down a beautiful relationship with God.

And in chapter 4 the most gruesome incident in human relations took place.
Because conflicts between brothers eventually resulted in the first murder.
This problem of conflict make humans cruel and can even destroy their future.
Today's sermon obviously shows this.

What are reasons for causing conflicts?

1. the impulse to have superiority
We all want to be superior to others, are under self-hypnosis that I am better than others. When it collapses, it turns into severe jealousy, we finally bring our own life to the structure of conflict. It is too difficult to heal the unilateral cause of conflict from this superiority. Because one person attacks and the other would be attacked unilaterally. This offensive person gives rise to endless troubles about the things that the other already forgot and don’t care since it's not worth.

Being narrow-minded and having an obsession eventually end up with tragedy at the end of conflict.

2. Stick to his own opinion
Having a universal way of thinking is a holy symptom who are broad-minded. Another reason of conflict is caused by the prejudice that his own opinion is only right. This is exactly the problem that caused the conflict and division of Corinth church. This is the problem of not giving up thinking that his own opinion is only right.

Three clear God’s standards beyond conflict as follows.
1)Forgive-Don't put limits
2)Accept-I can't be only right.
3)Cover

Today(5. Febr.) Sermon title is "Trap of Temptation"(Genesis 3:4-9)
1. Temptation is colorless & No-Smell. So, We easily fall into temptation.
2. The temptation always makes a bigger problem.

We must always be alert in Jesus Christ.

What is our Life Cycle? myself-centered life? or God-centered life?
Genesis chapter 1. summary is "God", "Said", "It was so", "Saw that it was good".
These four things are Creation Cycle and must be our Life Cycle.
So, Sunday Worship sermon title is "Cycle of Blessing".
