Blair has seen first hand the psychiatric abuse from worldly counseling and psychotropic drug addition. So many lives have been destroyed by leading people to put their trust in their counselor and his drugs instead of putting their trust in God's holy counsel alone. Consequently, most Christians no longer experience the joy of their salvation and the full extent of their transformation. Therefore

, on June 19, 2014, CAPA - Christians Against Psychiatric Abuse was launched to be a platform for a worldwide ministry to the Church. CAPA is a ministry to open the eyes of so many who have been blinded by a false gospel and addicted to mind altering drugs. Chapters will be started in cities across America and in countries around the world to spread the truth from God's Word that through faith every believer in Christ can experience transformation where old things pass away and behold all things become new. Teaching every believer that God has given His children everything they need for life and godliness to solve any and all of their emotional and psychological problems without intervention of psychology and their mind altering drugs. This is not a ministry of one, but a ministry of all God's children who are willing to be light bearers in a very dark world.
