Vihiga Yearly Meeting Vihiga Yearly Meeting has quite a lot of Kenyan Quaker heritage. arrived in Kaimosi in 1902, and began work in Vihiga the following year.

It is second only to Kaimosi in its history as a center of missionary activity; missionaries from the U.S. The Maragoli were thus among the first Kenyan people to hear the Quaker Gospel message.
