We are thrilled to welcome Rev. Lydia Besseling Wanjiah, affectionately known as "Mama Kenya," as the newly appointed National Women Ministries Director for PAG Kenya. A passionate servant of God, Rev. Lydia brings a wealth of experience and dedication to this vital role.
๐๐๐ฏ. ๐๐ฒ๐๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ฃ๐ข๐๐ก, ๐ข๐ง ๐ก๐๐ซ ๐จ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ฌ:
I am ๐๐๐ฏ. ๐๐ฒ๐๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ฃ๐ข๐๐ก, blessed to be the wife of Gerard Besseling and a proud mother in our family of seven. My journey in ministry has been shaped by a solid foundation in theological education, holding a diploma from Pentecostal Bible College (PBC), a degree in theology from Africa International University, and currently pursuing a Master of Divinity in Theological Studies from the same institution.
Throughout my service in the Pentecostal Assemblies of God (PAG) Kenya, I have held various roles, including Kibera District Women Director and the immediate National Women Treasurer. These experiences have deepened my passion for womenโs ministry, empowering women to grow spiritually and fulfill their God-given potential.
My spiritual roots are in Ndalu P.A.G Assembly, nurtured under the mentorship of Rev. Sakwa. Currently, I fellowship at Toll Assemblies in Kitale and pastor Kerarapon P.A.G Assembly, a church I planted by Godโs grace.

To all the women of PAG Kenya, I encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith. God has a unique purpose for each of us, and through His strength, we can overcome any challenges and thrive. Let us continue to uplift and support one another, growing as a community of strong, faith-filled women.
