𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞 5: March 13th--20th
*Prayer for the Church* 1st Chronicles 16:7-12
• Give thanks for the Church and proclaim the things he has done. All the answered prayers and miracles of healing and providence, give thanks for the Church ministries and the work they are doing.
• Confess and repent on what brings division in the church, in fellowships and between believers. Romans 16:17; Ephesians 2:14-16
• Pray for the unity of the church, in fellowship, in prayer Matt 16:20; Matt 18:18-20
• Pray for true revival in the church, and that the Spirit and power of God would fill the church Ephesians 3:16-19
• Pray that the Church would faithfully exemplify it's true Apostolic calling, the ministry of reconciliation 2 Corinthians 5:18-19; 1 Corinthians 16:14: John 13:35
• Pray for God's provision, and that the Church, i.e, believers would be faithful to give generously as the Lord enables them, that the Lord would enlarge their territory and increase their bans. Philippians 4:19; Acts 20:35.
• Pray that the Church would be faithful to go into the world 🌍 and share the gospel of Christ, pray for outreach to the institutions around us. Mark 16:15
• Pray for the St Joseph church project, the Gathondeki church, and any other projects we have.
•Pray for the leaders of the Church, that their hearts and minds are directed towards God, and by God, pray for wisdom knowledge and understanding, the fear of God, pray this for all the Clergies of the Parish. Isaiah 11:2.
• We also meet for
Sunday morning worship and Wednesday evening prayer for collective prayer agreement.

PRAYER FOR ECONOMICAL AND PHYSICAL RESTORATION AND WHOLESOMENESS ACROSS GENERATIONS*
*Economical- Ezekiel 34:27;*
👉🏾Give thanks to God for creating our bodies and work (Economy)
👉🏾Let us repent when God’s creation- work and our bodies has been misused or abused.
👉🏾People to seek God- Matthew 6:33 and repent of any unrighteous engagements.
👉🏾Pray for security of food on the land, improved live hoods-Matthew 25-fruitfulness and increase in yields.
👉🏾Pray for an improved economy of Kenya
👉🏾Pray for freedom from debts as individuals, families, companies, businesses….
👉🏾Pray for the jobless to get a job, start a business,
👉🏾Pray for provision, supply and sustainability in life 2 cor 9:8
👉🏾Pray for restoration of the fortunes of the land- John 8:30-59
👉🏾For financial prosperity- Philippians 4:19; job promotions, increase in the business baskets.
👉🏾God to give his people power to get wealth- Deuteronomy 8:18; proverbs 10:22. That our children will be educated and secure employment or thrive in businesses.

🛐Remember the sick and ailing in hospitals and homes.God to restore their health-Jeremiah 30:17
🛐Remember the sick amidst us a church
🛐Pray that those in pain and hurting to be able to trust and pray to God to heal them– Jeremiah 17:14
🛐God to heal and bind the ‘wounds’ of every one Sick-Psalms 147:3-
🛐God to restore what has been lost during sickness-the hope, peace, strength….
🛐Pray for hope to those who have lost it or at the verge of losing it due to physical brokenness and sickness.
🛐Pray for encouragement, strength and comfort for those in the pains psalms 6:2, the terminally ill.
🛐Pray for provision for every care of those who are sick in their bodies.
🛐That the faithful will pray healing for the Sick-James 5:15.
🛐Mention any sick person you know as you make this prayer.
🛐Pray that all may go well to be in good health -3 John 1:2
🛐Pray for the families and support system of the sick- for peace, hope, strength to take care of their sick.
🛐Pray for bravery, strength and hope to face the realities in life about the economical and physical challenges faced in life Joshua 1:6-9
🛐pray that the God's people are being freed by Jesus from economical and physical challenges and that they will confess that they are freed from any slavery in Jesus name- I John 8:38’.

Galatians 5:1- “ _It is freedom that Christ has set us free, stand firm then and do not let your selves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery”_
John 8:36- " _who the son sets free is free indeed"_
*SPIRITUAL FREEDOM-*
✔️Pray that people will be aware of their sins and seek freedom from sin, from the imprisonment of the soul- Isaiah 42:7; psalms 142:7; acts 13:38-39 to turn to God.
✔️Pray to love the Lord with all the whole heart, soul and mind- Mark 12:30
✔️Pray to know the truth of God and the truth to set you free – John 8:32
✔️Pray for transformation of people like those in - 2 Timothy 4:3-4 to be enlighten and delivered.
✔️People to repent sins committed…. and not to die in them but to live in righteousness I pet 2:24

*REDEMPTION AND RESTORATION OF OUR BROKENNESS*

Happy Sunday.
The mission week ends today with a 'revival Sunday'.
Focus on the Word today will be on the 'power of redemption and restoration in our brokenness. The broken walls need need to be rebuilt (Isaiah 58:12).

↗️ *Restoration* means bringing something/someone back to the former owner, place, or condition. Other words used for restoration are repair, fixing, and rebuilding.

↗️ *Redemption* means the action of regaining or gaining something/someone in exchange for payment or paying a debt.

✔️ Restoration and redemption come in because something/someone is in a state of brokenness. Meaning that someone/something has lost its original form. A broken person is without protection and susceptible to attack by the enemy.

✔️It means that some work needs to be done on the individuals to bring them back to their original state. There is a cost that needs to be paid.

🔉Brethren, you and I lost our original state through sin. We are in our brokenness and we need redemption and restoration.

🔉God has initiated the process by sending His son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for us. He has paid a cost of redemption for us 2Corintians 6:18-20.

🔉But for the redemption to be complete, we have our role to play. That involves;
✔️ Acknowledging we need are broken. We are vulnerable.
✔️ Acknowledging God has paid a price for our restoration. Ephesians 2:8-9.
✔️Having a hunger for restoration as you walk with God in this journey. It is work and needs a lifetime commitment.
✔️Take action.....

*The journey only ends with joy when we finish it well ready to receive a reward in heaven.*

*Have you accepted that you are broken and that without Christ you are susceptible to attack?*Are you ready to be restored?*

Good morning Brethren. Hope you are well in the Lord.

Welcome to August which is our *Mission Month*

Acts.8.4 - "Therefore those who were scattered went everywhere preaching the word."

The mission is the action of sending someone to fulfill a specific action.

As believers, Christ our Lord gave an a mission to fulfill, which is being His witness. Acts 1:8.

The Big question is, "You as a believer, when was the last time you shared the message of Salvation with someone?" Someone you know doesn't know Christ.

Most of the time we fail to Share the Message of the Gospel because of;

✅Fear. You ask yourself what will people say? Or say I may be rejected.
✅Feeling unequipped. You feel aren't prepared to share the Gospel.
✅Thinking evangelism is for specific people; evangelists, Pastors, etc.
✅Unconfessed sin.

But in Acts 8:4, we meet ordinary people who were firey for God. They allow didn't inner fear or any objections stop them. Not even persecution could stop them.

They had met Jesus who took away their sin, fear, and any other obstacle. They wanted everyone to hear about this Jesus.

That is the courage we need today as believers. Preaching Christ wherever we are. Why? Because we have power from the Holy Spirit.

Brethren, as we enter *Our mission Month in August* we call upon you to make a deliberate decision to preach Christ. Not only preach but also grow our relationship with God.

Our Mission Month Theme: *GROWING A GENERATION THAT THIRSTS FOR GOD*
*Scripture: Isaiah 55:1-2*

Purpose to be part of the *Mission and Revival week from 7th- 13th August.*
Door-to-door activities will be done from 8:00 am-1:00 pm and Revival services from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
