OMS Schools are focused on reaching the unreached people groups with the gospel of Christ! Their missionary students undergo an intense training exposing them to different cultures, extreme weather conditions and teaching them to hearing God and taking steps of faith!
For the past 2 weeks, the students missionary were on a cross cultural mission among the Pokomo, Waata, Oromo and Somali communities in Hola Tana River.
The temperatures were as from 32-35 degrees centigrade! We witnessed the school going children unable to walk home in the afternoon due to hot sand since they were barefoot 🦶.
With such exposure, the students understand what the local people go through and their hearts get moved to reach out to all people regardless of how and where they live in this world!
We were received by missionaries serving in Tana River and through out the week, they demonstrated how they boldly preach the gospel! We witnessed so many miracles happen through the ministry of students and missionaries just like it was with the Apostles in the book of Acts!
Many were saved,healed,delivered and set free! We had time to gather as missionaries serving in Tana river for prayers guided by Acts 4:24 where the apostles asked for Boldness to preach the gospel!!
Students and missionaries shared a meal together and glorified God for great breakthrough!
For sure, it’s harvest time!!
