TOPIC:CHURCH GROWTH
There are biblical principles which leads to a church growth.Scripturally,the church begins in a heart of a single vessel (person),and by God's grace it spreads further.
-In all generations the church principally grows and increases through
1.EVANGELISM-the evangelism is the heart beat of God.it can literally be explained as sheep giving birth;each to bring one.
-The first church grew and increased greatly because the disciples were not only praying ,but were seriously evangelising.
-Andrew when he encountered Jesus,brought Peter his own brother to Jesus.
John 1:40-42.
-Philiph brought his friend Nathaniel to Jesus.
-Dear member,hear this very keenly,"FOR ANY CHURCH TO EXPERIENCE REAL AND TRUE GROWTH,THE MEMBERS MUST BE GREATLY INVOLVED ".
-You must never be there just for numbers only,you must also be greatly involved in bringing people to Christ first,and then to your church.
-PASTORS BUILD AND EMPOWER THE BELIEVERS,WHO IN TURN GO OUT TO BRING IN THE HARVEST.
2.CRUSADES-This is another way of causing the increase in the church.we must all be involved in the market place.
3.TEACHING-This is the most dynamic part of it,it matures and establishes the believer in word based faith.Remember,"any faith which is not word based is fake faith".
-It builds and strengthens the inner man, causing spiritual growth...
-The last day church is/will be a teaching church.
Jer 3:15.
Let us all arise and take our position in the house of God, according to the grace given each one of us.
Whether in prophecy,let us prophesy according to the measure of our faith.Or ministry,let us wait on our ministering.Or he that exhorteth on his exhortation.He that giveth let him do it with all simplicity;he that ruleth ,let him rule with diligence.
The aim is one;to edify the body of Christ and to perfect the saints.

We gather at CIF GITHURAI on 15th March to encourage God's servant and celebrate what God is doing through this son;Pst Peter Njojo.

THREE PEOPLE YOU MUST NEVER DISRESPECT (Even When You Disagree)

There are many freedoms in life, but mouth freedom is not one of them. Some doors close not because witches are at work, but because the tongue went where wisdom didn’t send it.

Here are three categories of people Scripture and life experience agree you must never disrespect; even when you disagree with them:

1. Your Biological Parents

You may outgrow their opinions, but you never outgrow their position.

The Bible does not say, “Honor your father and mother only when they are right.”

It simply says:

“Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long…” — Exodus 20:12

Notice this: honor is not conditional, but reward is attached.

You can disagree without dishonor.

You can correct without contempt.

You can set boundaries without setting fire to the bridge.

Think of honor like electricity; you don’t see it, but once it’s cut, everything goes dark.

Many people are praying for long life, open doors, and peace; while daily violating the very command that guarantees them.

2. A Servant of God

Not every man with a microphone is a servant of God; true.

But every servant of God deserves honor, not insults.

David had every reason to attack Saul; Saul was wrong, insecure, and dangerous. Yet David said:

“I will not stretch out my hand against the Lord’s anointed.” — 1 Samuel 24:6

David disagreed with Saul.

David escaped from Saul.

But David never disrespected Saul.

Why? Because wisdom knows where criticism ends and contempt begins.

Mocking, abusing, or insulting God’s servants; especially those sincerely doing His work, is like throwing stones at a mailbox and expecting your letter to still be delivered.

3. The Elderly

Gray hair is not weakness; it is experience wearing a crown.

“You shall rise before the gray headed and honor the presence of an old man.” — Leviticus 19:32

Age is a library

Even if you don’t like the book, you don’t burn the library.
