Great is He that has kept you alive this far.
Welcome brethren,
I want to talk about an issue that has been in my heart for the better part of this week.
Though we talk of weaknesses,we so many times mistake struggles to be weaknesses.
You will often hear a brother battling alcohol thirst or someone battling sexual immorality get to a point they say it's a weakness in them.Prostitution is sin, drunkardness is sin,drug abuse is sin,sexual engagement with people you are not married to is sin even if you are dating and engaged,lying is sin,gossip is sin,envy is sin,jealousy is sin, romour mongering is sin, everything that has been listed as sin are problems with your character and behavior thus they can not be weaknesses they are struggles.
Now struggles are things you can change if you work on them but weaknesses are things only God can deal with.
You will realize that the bible does not talk of God using the strugglers but it says God uses the weak.God lifts the weak not those struggling. Listen,the issues you are struggling with are your concern and has alot to do to overcome yet weaknesses has everything to do with God.
Barrenness is a weakness, physical disability is a weakness.Inability to comprehend what you are taught in school is a greater disability but people would rather just laugh at instead of give help for.But you see God,a PHD holder carry his credentials to go seek work at a firm owned by a primary drop out and we say life is not fair.But have you not realized that the biggest best managed companies belong to people with average education.
Am not discouraging anyone from getting education,no,far from it but just showing you that our own strength are not sufficient to make us all powerful
We often give up on struggles because we baptize them weaknesses then they become stronger than us. Weaknesses are beyond human abilities that is why more often God decides to use the weakness for His own Glory.
God uses the weaknesses in us to pull down the proud.

The anointing from God doesn't depend on advertisement to be noticed.
When God has anointed you,you need not shout to attract.
Every anointing attracts specific person's and is dependent on the specific mission God called you for.God has not and will never send you to everyone,He has each one He calls for specific group of people,this He will anoint you with a specific anointing for your specific mandate.
The word says,He called some to be Pastors,some to be teachers,some to be prophets,for each of these,there is specific anointing to carry the mandate.

As a minister there are some key things you must arm yourself with.
1. Available:
For any serious minister,your availability is key.You must be available to both grow, yourself then others.
2. Humble:
Your level of humility must exceed your level in position.A leader who is not ready to serve others is not worth his position.

You cannot impact other people's lives until God impact's yours,you cannot impart others until you have been imparted.
Your effect on others is dependent on the effect of God in your life.
I see people kneel down under strange anointing but reject the familiar anointing because they have become used to them.
It is dangerous to get used to the familiar anointing to the point of disregarding it.
The most endangered are the parents, spouses, children and siblings.Mostly these do not know how to handle the familiar anointing.
When Jesus had performed many miracles at his town,his own siblings told him to go do those things in Jerusalem.
Jesus said that a prophet does not have honour only at home, people may celebrate you, thousands may be seeking you but your own will be looking at your failures and weaknesses and disregard the grace in you.
Paul hoped that people would not marry to be effective in service but then acknowledged that people are born differently with differing capabilities, therefore instead of burning in the desires of your flesh marry.When you look are the life of Paul,he was able to reach out many because he was what I would call a freelancer, nobody left behind so he could move freely,something Peter could not do.
To impact we must seek impact of God in us first.

In the entire bible there is no single verse saying you must die in your marriage.
During the wedding the vow is till death do us part,not till you kill me.
Listen,the bible says in Prov.25:24,better to live in the corner of the roof than stay with a quarrelsome woman.
It is better to live your comfort and live in a place of discomfort.It doesn't pay to put up with nagging and endless quarrels just in the name of preserving a marriage.
Secondly the Jesus gives the only reason for divorce as infidelity.But I want to state this, people especially christians don't divorce because the love and forgive but at times it goes beyond.The Lord teaches that if you look at a woman lustfully you have committed adultery.
Listen,the moment a woman or a man compares her husband or wife to the other woman you are committing adultery and thus committing sin.
The husband or wife has all the reason to divorce you.Do not admireyour brother's wife,it is sin,do not admire your neighbor's things it is sin.

Let your yes be yes and no be no.If we can embrace this principle then we can leave a life of freedom.Never struggle to please everybody,just stand for what is right and what is Godly.

Be the moon,take from the sun and give to earth.What God has blessed you with bless others too do not break the chain.
God dwells in the praises of His people,that is what he consumes,when you do not bless people,then they do not praise God,it means that you are starving God.
This blassing chain is not to be broken;God-You-others-God,as it starts with God,let it end with God.

The sun shines from it's own light this creating the day,the moon and stars reflect the light of the sun to bring light in the dark night,but although some of the stars are bigger than the moon, it's only the moon that brings brightness in the deepest darkness of the night.
My brethren,the moral of this story is simple,as a Christian that depends and puts his/her trust upon the Lord impact and impart lives,as you labour to reflect Christ into lives of those in darkness,you need to stay closer to them to have deeper effect in their lives.By the fact that the stars are bigger than the moon,they should be beaming brighter but it has not been the case because they have remained further away from the earth.
Soak in God but stay closer to the people you intend to affect by God's effect in your life.
Moses stayed 40 days in the presence of God and came out beaming brighter back to the people.
God does not impart,impact and equip you to separate you but he does elevate you to hold the hands of those around you.Amen.

They say,if you don't eat your food like medicine,you will eat medicine like food.
My brothers and sisters,what you eat is very important as it will determine how your health will be.
The same apply to what you feed your spirit man,if you feed your spirit man filth,then you can only produce filth.
Haven't you known that where a child is raised and how he is raised matters as that weighs much on how his or her her life will turn out to be.
Toxic parents raise toxic children because.What you allow your children watch on TV,what they are exposed to through social media or even radio will contribute to their behavior and character and eventually attitude towards people and life in general.
The spiritual cover you are under determines your spiritual growth and eventual wellbeing,if you consume fallacies and myths everyday you will turn out to believe them and that will be seen in your character and attitude. The bible says,'We will know them by their fruits'.
That fruit is character, behaviour and attitude.
You can not be what you do not consume.We have three main 'mouths' that we use to consume either good or bad depending on where we are and what is available.
The good news is that we have a gift of a free will,we can choose what we want as adults but then,children are at a disadvantage for they have less freedom as parents and caregivers take advantage to expose them to things that they should not consume.
You are in danger of things you consume.
