Winning The Battles of Life

๐ I JOHN 4:4 NKJV
[4] You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.
โจ INTRODUCTION
A battle is a war, something you are going through, a fight challenging somebody not to be what they are. To approve or disapprove what someone is doing knowingly or unknowingly.
Some battles persist for too long that they think this is the way they are, others are seasonal.
Have overcome them:
We are more than conquerors in Christ Jesus. Romans 8
Someone else is going through more than what you already are.
You are a Victor and an overcomer matter what you are going through.
God has not left, forsaken you, He is still with you.
1. THE KEY OF ENGAGING THE WORD OF GOD.
๐ Matthew 4:4 NKJV
[4] But He answered and said, โIt is written, โMan shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.โ โ
Thy word have I hidden in my heart that I may not sin.
The Word of God is a weapon, it doesn't fail. - It remains written, it has to be taken in - in a personal way.
What is the level of the word that dwells in your bossom?
How to Engage It.
a) Embrace the word, study the word. Hide it in you.
A word that proceeds from the mouth of God. Each and every day there's a word that goes with that current situation.
There's nothing that can beat the word.
b) By obeying. The word that you obey is the word that will work for you.
We engage by speaking the word. Predicaments continue to persist because Christians are not engaging the Word.
The Word never fails. The things that were chasing you, you will begin to chase.
There will always be a test for you to take up the next level.
๐ Matthew 11:12 NKJV
[12] And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.
The Wisdom of the Word requires that, you engage the word before the situation is at hand. You needed to have confessed it before.
Being led to pray in this direction, before it happens. When the devil comes, he meets with a winning person. Soldiers are not trained at war.
Before you go, engage.
2. BY PUTTING GOD FIRST
๐ Matthew 6:33
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
=> There's a way that when you put God first and make Him Lord, if God rules and is at the centre, things align.
Weeping may last for a night, but Joy cometh in the morning.
=> Where God is, darkness cannot stay. Battles will not come to an end, when you are celebrating, another battle is starting up.
You are able to go through it, because you are more than conquerors in Christ Jesus.
Engage the word in Joy, in Faith, Prayer God is on your side, you will overcome.
Things will align when you start to put God first.
3. WE WIN BY TRANSFORMING OUR MENTALITY.
๐ Romans 12:2
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Think Out of that Issue. You are where you are because of your Mentality.
๐ Proverbs 23:7
As a man thinkers, so he is.
When temptations come, resist them. Forces of failure in your Mentality you cannot entertainment.
Before Battles Come, in your Mentality, you have already Won.
I shall not die but live to declare the mysteries of God.
No matter when or how it comes, I am already an overcomer.
God has brought me to a winning arena, be begin from victory to victory, grace to grace.
When I am going through the pain, I am witnessing the victory. See it, Think it, Walk it and Act it.
From today, count yourself a winner.
