We were honored to welcome Isuzu East Africa Limited to PCEA Ruiru Township School as they generously donated a 10,000-liter water tank to support our schoolโ€™s water needs. This kind gesture is part of their continued commitment to giving back to the communityโ€”and we are truly grateful!

This donation follows our strong partnership with Isuzu East Africa, through which the school acquired two buses: a 51-seater in 2019 and a 33-seater in 2024โ€”a testament to the great relationship nurtured over the years.

In a moment heavy with sorrow, when words failed and hearts ached, four voices rose to the heavens.

Peter Kamicha, Arthur Kimemia, Kennedy Wanjiru, and Wanyoro Eduiyne chose worship over silence.

They stood beside Mary Muriithi โ€“ a beloved Sunday School teacher and dedicated staff at PCEA Ruiru Sacco Ltd โ€“ to console her after the painful loss of her sister.

Their song of choice? The timeless Kikuyu hymn ๐‘๐‘–๐‘›๐‘”๐‘–โ„Ž๐‘œ๐‘˜๐‘Ž ๐‘‡โ„Ž๐‘Ž๐‘˜๐‘Ž๐‘š๐‘’ โ€“ a cry of hope and surrender to the redeeming blood of Christ. It wasnโ€™t just a performance. It was a prayer. A powerful offering of healing, wrapped in harmony.

As their melodious voices filled the air, something beautiful happened. Grief was softened. The pain found company. And a hidden well of musical talent was revealed.

Of the four, only Arthur Kimemia currently sings in the PCEA Ruiru Town Church choir.

But after this divine moment, maybe itโ€™s time Kamicha, Ken, and Wanyoro answered the higher calling. The church needs such voices โ€” voices that don't just sing, but minister.

To our sister Mary and her family, we send our deepest condolences. May the God of all comfort hold you close.
