Distress and Help

Sometimes when the enemy want to sink the people into distress , It is best to allow the word of God to speak plainly.

Isaiah 33:1-3
Woe to you, destroyer,
you who have not been destroyed!
Woe to you, betrayer,
you who have not been betrayed!
When you stop destroying,
you will be destroyed;
when you stop betraying,
you will be betrayed.
LORD, be gracious to us;
we long for you.
Be our strength every morning,
our salvation in time of distress.
At the uproar of your army, the peoples flee;
when you rise up, the nations scatter.
Let this be your prayer this morning. God is never far from you. God has no sacred cows, He will never be deceived by evil schemes and wicked plans. He will pay each one of us according to our deeds. Our children are dear to him. Just believe, he will come through and scatter the enemy. Our salvation will still come from our God in the morning.

Friend of God
Faith in God and offering self in service to God, sets you apart and inputs righteousness on you. With Faith you please God.

Abraham's faith was made complete by what he did. Who do you believe in, how deep is your faith? But true faith must be expressed in action. Do you desire to be a friend of God?

You must have faith in God and put it into action. In serving people you have served God. May God help us to get and in getting, true Faith.

James 2:21-23 Was not our father Abraham considered righteous for what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar?

You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did. And the scripture was fulfilled that says, “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness,” and he was called God’s friend.
