đź“– EZEKIEL AND THE VALLEY OF DRY BONES
(Ezekiel 37:1–14)
The hand of the Lord was upon Ezekiel, and God led him into a valley filled with bones—dry, scattered, lifeless bones. God asked him a powerful question:
“Son of man, can these bones live?” (Ezekiel 37:3)
From every human perspective, the answer was no. There was no flesh, no breath, no hope. But Ezekiel answered wisely:
“Sovereign Lord, You alone know.”
God told Ezekiel to speak to the bones. As he obeyed, there was a rattling sound. Bones came together. Flesh appeared. Then God said, “Prophesy to the breath.” When the breath entered them, they stood up—a vast army, alive again.
God explained the meaning:
These bones represented people who had lost hope, saying, “Our hope is gone; we are cut off.” But God declared:
“I will open your graves and bring you back to life… I will put My Spirit in you and you will live.” (Ezekiel 37:12–14)
✨ MEANING FOR US TODAY
This story reminds us that no situation is too dead for God.
Dry bones look like broken dreams, exhausted faith, lost purpose, depression, fear, failure, and hopelessness.
But God specializes in revival.
🕊️ Where people see endings, God sees beginnings.
🕊️ Where hope seems buried, God releases His Spirit.
🕊️ What looks impossible can rise again at the voice of God.
đź’ˇ HOW THIS STORY SHOULD CHANGE OUR LIVES
Stop defining your future by your current condition
Speak God’s Word even when you don’t see results yet
Trust that God can restore what feels beyond repair
Believe that God’s Spirit still brings life, strength, and purpose
If God can raise a valley of dry bones, He can revive your faith, your family, your calling, and your future. 🙏
📢 There is still breath for the broken. There is still hope for the weary. There is still life in God.
