God defends his own people from every scheme of the enemy. satan had planned to destroy Paul and his companions in a boat they sailed to Rome but God delivered them. On a second time God delivered Him from the venomous snake that could have bitten him and caused his death. (ACTS 27 &28:1-5)

sometimes the enemy may seek means of destroying you because of what you carry (or the assignment of God on you), but the Bible makes us understand that He is with us until the end of the time. (Matthew 28:20)

Therefore we need not to fear even when evil is hanging around us, for he is with us to protect us and deliver us from the schemes of the enemy. Psalms 23:4)

The righteous shall live by faith

A true pastor is defined by these 5 crucial things:

1). A calling from God

A true shepherd is not self-appointed; they are called and sent by God.

Jeremiah 3:15

“And I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.”

2.) Genuine love for God and people

Ministry must flow from a heart that truly loves God and sincerely cares for His people.

John 21:16

“Jesus said to him again, ‘Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me? … Shepherd My sheep.’”

3.) Character in private

Before standing in the pulpit, a pastor must live a life of integrity and discipline.

1 Timothy 3:2

“Now the overseer is to be above reproach… self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach.”

4.) Sound doctrine in the pulpit

A pastor must rightly handle the Word of God, teaching truth and not personal theories.

2 Timothy 4:2

“Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction.”

5.) The fruit produced in the lives of the people they lead

The authenticity of a ministry is ultimately revealed by the transformation it produces.

Matthew 7:16

“By their fruit you will recognize them.”
