“Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain.” – Psalm 127:1 🙏 This marked a blessed beginning as our Bishop launched the Church Gate Uplifting Project. May this be a symbol of growth, unity, and God’s continued favor upon our church family.

THEME: God who sustains
Mathew 4:4
1. He sustains us through His word.
Phil 4:19 God supplies according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus.
God sustained the Israelites for 40years in the wilderness Deut 8:4 their clothes did not wear out nor their feet swell during these 40years.
Hebrews 1:3 The son of God Jesus Christ being the radiance of God's glory sustains all things by His powerful word.
Col 1:17 Jesus Christ is before all things and in Him all things hold together.
Heb 4:12 The word of God is living and active.

2. God will sustain us through His mercy
Lam 3:22-23 It is because of his loving mercy which are made new every morning that sustains us.
Isaiah 33:2 .
The mercies of God triumphs Judgement.
Always acknowledge God's mercies not our own effort i.e in Acts 12:23 Herod did not give God praise and immediately an angel of the Lord stuck him with worms and died.
Psalm 3:5 I lie down in sleep and all night long, the Lord protects me.

Psalm 55:22 cast your care unto the Lord and He will sustain you, He will never let the righteous fall.
