Scriptures: Job 1:13-20
Ecclesiastes 3: 1-11
📌📌 What is a season: It is a period of time during an Year when something happens. For example, there is a season for rain and dry spell.
📌📌 Even in spiritual life we go through seasons.
📌📌 Job had been blessed so much but still there was a season when he lost everything and a season He gained everything he had lost.
📌📌 From the story of Job, he passed through the season of challenges, but he never left God
📌📌 Psalms 30:5
📌📌 Therefore You should not leave God when faced with challenges.
📌📌 Seasons come and go.
📌📌 God is a God of seasons, there was a season of frustration in the life of Job and there was a season of rejoicing.
📌📌 Zephaniah 3
WHAT TO DO WHEN IN A SEASON OF CHALLENGES
📌📌 We should be close to God: Daniel 11:32 (And those who know their God shall do exploits)
📌📌 We should be patient. Patience gives birth to a son Called Greatness 🔥🔥.
📌📌 You should have a positive confession: Job 19:25{For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth}
Many people including Job's wife discouraged him and advised him to curse God, but he never listened to them: He stood his ground, and he positively confessed.
Make positive confession your habit.
God who created you is the one who has your destiny, he has the final say.
📌📌 Job 1: 21
📌📌 Have a clean and positive and Clean heart like that of Job.
Love yourself, and know that God loves you more.
People can be done with us, but God is never done with us, therefore hating yourself, committing su***de, and having negative confessions about yourself is very wrong.
📌📌 Even if the season is not favoring you have a positive confession.
📌📌 Keep good company around you.
📌📌 Have people who encourage you to have faith in God, not those who encourage you to leave God because you're in a season of Challenges.
📌📌 Numbers 13: Keep positive friends around you.
📌📌 Have a Thanksgiving heart when in challenges (Psalms 40: 1-3)
📌📌 Use the opportunity you have in the right way.
📌📌 Most importantly, don't despise someone because of the challenges they are facing.
📌📌 God uses the light vessels, the ones that are despised.
