PROPHESY TO YOUR CHILDREN
In Gen 5:28-29;
"[28] And Lamech lived an hundred eighty and two years, and begat a son:
[29] And he called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD hath cursed."
You see, the land was cursed, as a result of breech of covenant by Adam. Pain and suffering accompanied Lamech's and the previous generations in unparalleled proportion, birthing strife, anger, and violence. Lamech however, felt it...hope, through a new son, Noah. Maybe the baby had an aura around him, looked mysterious even, we shall never know,... but his father didn't hesitate in pronouncing blessings upon him. He was to be the "comforter, curse-breaker, solace," to the cursed earth. He foreshadowed Christ in the "refiner" capacity.
Did it finally happen? Oh yes! The whole cursed earth was baptised by water, 40 days and 40 nights, to decimate the previous Adamic line, leaving a new "Adam's family of 8" to repopulate a new cleansed earth. In fact, a new covenant was made right there on Mt Ararat! A new covenant, the rainbow being a reminder.
In Gen 8:22;
"[22] While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease."
Prophesy to your babies at birth, bless them early, and rest shall be yours later in life.
