Psalm 11:3, when the foundations are shaken—signifying intense instability, societal decay, or crisis—the righteous do not flee in fear. Instead, they stand firm, trusting that God is still on His throne. They focus on prayer, "rule on their knees," and affirm their faith in Christ as the unshakable foundation.

Wishing you all happy Ash Wednesday.

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent, a 40-day period of penance, reflection, and fasting observed by Catholics and many other Christian denominations.

On this day, Catholics attend Mass and receive ashes on their foreheads in the shape of a cross.

The ashes, made from the burned palms of the previous year's Palm Sunday, serve as a reminder of our mortality and the need for repentance.

The priest often says, "Remember, you are dust, and to dust you shall return" or "Repent and believe in the Gospel" while applying the ashes. This symbolic act calls us to reflect on our lives, seek forgiveness for our sins, and renew our commitment to follow Christ.

As we begin our Lenten journey, we are invited to examine our hearts, embrace humility, and grow closer to God through prayer, fasting, and almsgiving.

Ash Wednesday sets the tone for this sacred season, encouraging us to turn away from sin and embrace a life of holiness and love.

May this Lent be a time of spiritual renewal and deepening faith as we prepare our hearts for the celebration of Easter.

Amen 🙏

🌟 THE YEAR OF DIVINE SURPLUS
“Why Sit Here Until We Die?”
— 2 Kings 7:3
🔎 Background Scripture
In 2 Kings 6–7, the city of Samaria was under siege by the Arameans.
There was severe famine, suffering, and hopelessness.
But the prophet Elisha declared:
“Tomorrow about this time, there shall be abundance.”
What looked impossible became possible overnight.
👣 THE FOUR LEPERS
Outcasts.
Rejected.
Hungry.
Hopeless.
They asked:
“Why sit here until we die?”
And they chose to move forward.
✨ Faith moves when fear wants to freeze.
🌙 THE DIVINE TURNAROUND
✔ God caused a supernatural sound
✔ The enemy fled
✔ The camp was empty
✔ Food, silver, gold, clothing — abundance
They moved from:
➡ Rejection to Discovery
➡ Starvation to Surplus
➡ Isolation to Good News
“This is a day of good news!”
