Psalm 89:20–21

"I have found David my servant; with my holy oil I have anointed him. My hand shall always remain with him; my arm also shall strengthen him."

God's calling always comes with His anointing, His presence, and His strength.

Just as God chose David from the sheepfold and prepared him for the throne, He also has a purpose for every life. When God appoints you, He does not leave you to fulfil His assignment alone. His hand guides you, and His mighty arm strengthens you through every challenge.

No matter where you are today, remember:
✅ God knows you.
✅ God can choose you.
✅ God will equip you.
✅ God will strengthen you to fulfil your calling.

Trust His timing, remain faithful, and walk confidently in His purpose.

Prayer: Lord, help me to remain faithful to Your calling. Let Your hand be upon my life, and strengthen me to accomplish everything You have prepared for me. In Jesus' name, Amen.

2 Timothy 4:7–8

Paul wrote these words near the end of his life. He was not celebrating wealth, fame, or an easy journey. Instead, he rejoiced because he had remained faithful to God despite hardship, persecution, and suffering.

The "good fight" is the daily spiritual battle of living for Christ. The "race" represents the journey of faith, requiring endurance, obedience, and perseverance. To "keep the faith" means to remain loyal to Jesus and His Word until the very end.

This passage reminds every believer that the greatest success in life is not how we start but how faithfully we finish. God has promised the crown of righteousness to all who love Him and eagerly await His return.

Reflection:
May we run our race with endurance, stand firm in every trial, and remain faithful until the day we hear our Lord say, "Well done, good and faithful servant."

The Garden of Eden teaches us that God created us for relationship, not religion. Adam and Eve walked with God in peace until sin broke that fellowship. Even in judgment, God showed mercy and promised redemption. No matter how far we fall, God's desire is still to restore us through His grace.
