Colossians 3:5...
James 4:4
Romans 8:3-13
In step with the spirit" refers to living a life guided and empowered by the Holy Spirit, rather than by the flesh or personal desires. This involves allowing the Spirit to influence thoughts, decisions, and actions, aligning oneself with God's leading.

• Living by the Spirit:
This means actively seeking the guidance and power of the Holy Spirit in daily life.
• Following God's Leading:
It involves being sensitive to the Holy Spirit's promptings and responding to them, which is an ongoing process of listening, waiting, and obeying.
• Not Living by the Flesh:
This refers to avoiding actions and choices driven by personal desires or the sinful nature.
• Key Biblical Concept:
The concept of "walking in the Spirit" is a central theme in the Bible, particularly in the writings of Paul, emphasizing the importance of relying on God's power for growth and obedience.
• Growth in Godliness:
Living in step with the Spirit leads to increased godliness, obedience to God's commands, and a deeper relationship with Him.
Practical Application:
• Prayer:
Regular prayer helps to cultivate a sensitivity to the Spirit's leading and allows for more effective communication with God.
• Scripture Reading:
Studying the Bible provides insights into God's character and His will, helping to understand how the Spirit is working in one's life.
• Meditation and Reflection:
Time for reflection on scripture and prayer can help individuals discern the Spirit's guidance in their daily lives.
• Faithfulness:
Maintaining a consistent relationship with God through prayer, scripture study, and other spiritual practices is crucial for walking in the Spirit.
• Obedience:
Following the Spirit's leading requires obedience, even when it means challenging personal desires or preferences.

All BIRDS find shelter during rain but the EAGLE avoids rain by flying above the clouds.
Problems are common but attitudes and approach make the difference.
As for me, I am an Eagle I don't take cover when challenges and attacks come, I FLY above them!!!

Exodus 14:14
The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still.”

THEME OF THE YEAR
Isaiah 40:28-31

New International Version

28 Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
The Lord is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He will not grow tired or weary,
and his understanding no one can fathom.
29 He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak.
30 Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young menstumble and fall;
31 but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.
