Good afternoon blessed people and Praise the Lord Jesus Christ. May I invite your attention to a word of God in John 1:1-5. It reads;
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God.
He was with God in the beginning. through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was light of men. The light shines in darkness, but darkness has not understood it.
Friends, the passage of scripture we have read talks about the word, and that word if you notice is Jesus Christ our Lord. The bible says he was from the beginning with God and he is God himself and that through him all things were made. Jesus Christ our Lord and savior is the one who gives life and that life is light. Praise the Lord. When we look at Genesis chapter 1 vs 1-3; we see how God in his creative power spoke everything into being. Verse 3 says; And God said, let there be light, and there was light. In verse 6, 9,11,14,20 and 24 we see how God said "let there be, and it was". God spoke the word and thing came to being. He created the visible from the invisible, the known from the unknown. In the word is life.
Friends, you see the word that is recorded in John 1 is the word that God said in Genesis 1 during creation. That same word is working out wonder in the present day, just allow him to give life to you dead situations and you'll be whole.
In Matthew 8:5-8 we see a centurion who came to Jesus on account of his ailing servant, when Jesus told him I will go and heal his servant; the centurion told Jesus that he is not worthy to have Jesus under his roof, but let Jesus just Speak a word and his servant will be healed. Friends this particular passage shows us that Jesus who was from the beginning is the same even today, and that he is still working. The bible says when Jesus heard the centurion and his faith, he said to him let it be as you believed and the centurion servant was Heald instantly.
Friends, there's a very strong creative power in the Word, and that Word has life and is light of men. The bible says that light shines in darkness and darkness didn't understand it. I am encouraged brethren to note that darkness cannot and will not understand you for you bear the light in you. That light is Jesus, he is the life giver, he is the creative Word of God and he is ready to work out your mess, gilt and shame and give your abundant life. Shalom

Friends let's wait upon The Lord always, for he is never later. When God send Samuel to anoint David, Samuel was afraid of Saul the reigning King of Israel but God told Samuel to go and anoint the boy David in his father house. Friends the anointing which was done in secret had to be reveal into the whole world, and God prepared the moment to make his anointed one known among people. The philistine great soldier called Goliath terrorized the armies of Israel, and King Saul was distressed, he couldn't face the giant Goliath. So Saul gave an award to anyone who kill Goliath, the king will give wealth to that person and his daughter hand in marriage. David a young anointed boy looking after the sheep of his father was send by his father to check on his brothers and take food to them, overheard this news and after confirming went before the king and offered himself to kill the giant Goliath. Friends Goliath was not an accident but a plan skim of God to reveal his anointed one David to the whole world.

Similarly God plan for you is right in track and soon God will reveal you and the potential putted in you for the whole world to know and appreciate, just look up unto him and patiently wait for his appointed time for he comes without delay, Isaiah wrote that those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount on wings like eagles. Amos 3:3, "do two people walk together unless they agree to do so?"
Friends fellowship with God should not be matter of routine or coincidence but must alway be out of a conscious decision, to separate oneself from all other non Godly relationships for a mutual fellowship with your God. Let's make that conscious decision tonight. To walk with Jesus Christ all our lives, that we may get to know him and God who send him. Shalom
