28 years ago (1998), this vision was conceived at Redeemed Gospel Church, Jesus Worship Centre, Nairobi, as a trans-denominational Children and Youth Ministry. It was incubated in Naioth Gospel Church - Bethel in Yombo-Kiwalani, Dar es Salaam (1999), where the acronym NETA was downloaded from the spiritual realm.
Later in 2009, the full name, Naioth Evangelism Tabernacle (NETA Ministries), was unveiled and conceived as a ministry, not a church.
In August 2013, we filed for official registration as a ministry to ministries through prophetic evangelism. We were vetted in October 2014, but before we collected our registration certificate, the presidential moratorium came into effect.
We opened our first church branch on July 1st, 2018, as we waited for registration. In May 2024, we filed a fresh registration, and the process seemed stuck. We were vetted in October 2025, and everything went silent.
Finally, on 16th April 2026, we were duly registered as a ministry in the land. 27 years since NETA, 13 years since the first attempt at registration, we are finally here: Hallelujah to the Lord of Lords!
