Let's believe and pray together 馃洂

Our Almighty God,Who brings joy to both the morning and the evening, we thank You for the gladness of this new day. You didn鈥檛 let our night be filled with pain or sorrow, but instead, You gave us peace and comfort. It鈥檚 because You kept us safe that we are so richly blessed. We lift our hearts to You in gratitude for the light and joy of this new day. Bless us as we go about our work. Bless our efforts and help us to be diligent. Keep us from growing weary with the routine tasks we must do each day. Help us to do all our tasks with a cheerful heart.

Teach us how to do our everyday work for You. It will be easier if we do it all for You. The burdens won鈥檛 feel so heavy if we are carrying them for You. The tedious tasks won鈥檛 seem so dull if we do them for You. Teach us to live our whole lives for You, so we can truly honor You.

Father, give us grace to be kind and helpful. Sometimes we get impatient, or we aren鈥檛 as polite as we should be, or we get irritable in the stressful moments of life. Let Love prevail in our heart as we do our tasks daily. Grant Your graces to everyone we love. In your will O God! Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, we give all the glory. Amen.

Let's believe and pray together 馃洂

Our Almighty God, Thank you for this fresh morning, for another day of the gift of life and for all the blessings You have bestowed upon us. Lord, forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Let conscience prevail in our hearts, then turn to you by asking for forgiveness in repentance.

We ask You to reveal Yourself to us this morning as we go forth and to give us the assurance of Your presence. You have promised that as our days are, so shall our strength be, and that Your grace will always be sufficient for us. We cling to these promises as we enter a new day whose experiences we cannot predict. We do not know what dangers we will encounter, what burdens will be placed on us, what temptations will whisper in our ears, what pitfalls will lie in our path, or what insidious influences will threaten the purity of our souls.

Father, Save our nation's leaders from selfishness and self-centeredness. Teach them the great lesson of service with loyalty, honesty and integrity. May they have the mind of Christ, who came not to be served but to serve. May we serve one another in love and do good.
Fill us with Your Spirit and give us our daily bread in abundance, then we will share it with one another in love as service. Lord Jesus guide us and hide ourselves in You and trust You to keep us safe all day. Your will be done through Christ Jesus our Saviour I humbly pray. Amen.

The service will be hosted at AIPCA Subukia Town Church by
Rev.Peter Theuri starting at 10:00 AM.
