In these challenging times, it's normal to feel emotionally drained by the political climate and the police brutality we have witnessed.
Below are practical things you can do to navigate this season

1. Pray: Prayer is powerful. God cares about the state of your heart "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." - 1 Peter 5:7
2. Support Each Other: Lean on our church community. Share your feelings and support one another. "Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." - Galatians 6:2
3. Stay Informed Wisely: Limit exposure to distressing news and take breaks from social media. Choose specific times to catch up.
4. Seek Help: If overwhelmed, consider professional counseling.
