“So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord.”
The primary purpose why God passes His Children through hard times is to purify them.
In this scripture, He made Israel to suffer hunger and fed them with just one type of food from Heaven. Apart from bringing them to a place in the Spirit where they can develop a sense of value on the proceeding word, the other intent was to purify them.
God’s will is to have a prophetic people on the face of the earth. However, we cannot operate accurately in the prophetic until we have been purified by the LORD. And since many (either do not know this or) reject God’s purification process all together, sorcery and divination has now become the prophetic anointing of most Christians.
If a prophetic flow is oozing out of you despite your sinful living and conduct, you are operating under the spirit of divination and sorcery. An unclean spirit is powering you to speak those words even if you are calling the name of Jesus or quoting the scriptures.
LET NO ONE DECEIVE YOU! THE HOLY SPIRIT DOES NOT USE UNHOLY VESSELS.
He will first purge and purify a man before using him to speak. That is why the primary hallmarks of the men and women God used in Bible days to speak prophetically was HOLINESS. They were first called “Holy Men of God.” before prophets. But today the story is different.
Our prophets and prophetesses are le****ns and s*x addicts. They are masturbators and liars. They prophe-lie and speak under a demonic anointing. They a greedy, covetous, sinful and dirty in spirit yet we call them “men and women of God.”
Even the lay Christians who claim to be moving in the prophetic are no different from these preachers. They have capacity to seduce men and women to s*xual infidelity.
They lie like the devil and still claim a prophetic call.
They practice all kinds of secret sins calling it weaknesses yet come out with a prophetic tone that can only be something they stole from genuine prophet of God. They are money and fame driven. The love of money is stronger in their hearts than the love for God.
They are crafty, wicked, and vengeful. They take offense so easily and are good at pointing accusing fingers at others; basically, to cover their wickedness and not to bring any change. Of course, no wicked man can bring a positive change to anyone.
If you want to be blessed by God’s Rhema word this month, you must be pure. Your internal fountain as a Child of God must be clean. That is the message this morning!

“Having therefore these promises, beloved, let us purify ourselves from every pollution of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in God's fear.” 2 Corinthians 7:1
The truth remains, there are spiritual toxic waste that can kill holiness and God’s power in our lives. There are spiritually poisonous things that can leave us vulnerable to demons in the spirit realm. They can transmit sinful tendencies into our lives and suspend divine favor from manifesting in our lives.
They have what it takes to contaminate our faith and passion for God and activate our flesh to awake to sinfulness. These things are poisonous to our divine destiny that is why at the root of a devastating attack on a destiny man or woman is a spiritual pollution.
LET’S TAKE DAVID FOR AN EXAMPLE;
Before he ever committed adultery, he was polluted spiritually by what he saw. The Bible says he looked at a woman that was bathing from the top of his palace and saw her nakedness and something was transmitted into him. That was po*******hy in their days! And before you could pronounce the word J-e-r-u-s-a-l-e-m, he had gotten the woman pregnant and killed her husband to cover up. The rest is history.
Spiritual pollutions are the driving forces of every sinful act. Until something sinful enters your heart something sinful will never come out of your life. That is one of the secrets of Holiness. The Bible says;
“To keep you from the evil woman, from the flattering tongue of a seductress. Do not lust after her beauty in your heart, nor let her allure you with her eyelids.
For by means of a harlot a man is reduced to a crust of bread; and an adulteress will prey upon his precious life. Can a man take fire to his bosom, and his clothes not be burned?” Proverbs 6:24-27 NKJV
David was badly burnt by his sin. But it all began when he looked lustfully at a naked woman and was spiritually polluted. Job was wiser. He said, “I have made a covenant with my eyes not to look lustfully at a maid.”
Spiritual pollution has a way of quickening or arousing our sinful nature to do evil. It has a way of awaking us to sinfulness, especially s*xual sins. The Bible spoke about us awaking to righteousness. But that is not possible when the flesh is awake to sinful living.
To be awake simply means to be alive or active.
The reason many of us struggle with sinful habits is because our flesh is active towards sin. When the flesh is dead or inactive towards sin, we will never struggle with sinful habits. We will never live in sin. That is why men like Paul will tell you “For if I build again those things which I destroyed; I make myself a transgressor” (Galatians 2:18 NKJV).
One way we build the things we destroyed – the sinful habits – is by exposing ourselves to spiritual pollutants. In other words, there is no way you will not transgress if you expose yourself to things that will spiritually pollute you like David did. WE MUST WATCH OVER OUR SOUL AS GOD WATCHES OVER US!
Sadly, the spiritual pollutions in the world today seem to be worse than the ones in previous generations. Technology has multiplied and made them so close to us; we now sit with them, sleep with them, and keep them closer to us than ever before.
And for most of us our smart phones have become weapons of Holiness destruction (WHD) in the hands of the enemy.
When we open our face book pages, there are chances that we will see some obscene images or read some words that quickens the flesh to sin. Many are hooked up to po*******hy by the power of YouTube. It’s really getting messier down here. Divine destinies are at stake. Some are already destroyed!
People now go to hell at a faster rate than before. As soon as Children are born, hell bound parents will register them for eternal damnation immediately using their smart phones. That’s why sometimes I pray that the LORD suspends everything and come now to take us home. But how can He take us home that fast when His redemptive plans are yet to be completed?
There must be another way for the redeemed to be saved from these things while we wait, and that way is the way of living the crucified life, dying daily, like Paul did and not getting polluted like David was.
Paul wrote saying;
“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” Galatians 2:20 NKJV
Sadly, messages on the crucified life no longer exist in the Church today. No book on it is on our shelves. We are full of books on deliverance, financial prosperity and making our marriages work but no book on living the Crucified life.
We forget that Jesus’ prescription for a peaceful and prosperous life is not a deliverance or prosperity book but a crucified life. A crucified life generates so much power that devils cannot come a hundred meters close. It is full of freedom, faith, and the consuming glory of God. It knows no poverty or lack. It is beyond curses and satanic attacks.
A Crucified life does not expose its heart to spiritual pollutants. It is dead to sin and the satanic. It does not sit before what does not edify. It is confined to deep intimacy with Jesus and dies daily to sin and all forms of carnal cravings. It does not fix its eyes on pornographic pictures or watch movies that activate s*xual feelings.
Fasting, to a Crucified life, is a tool for serving God. It is an instrument of worship. And he uses it very well to keep himself spiritually planted on the mountains of God’s holiness.
No one leads a crucified life and not unleash his divine destiny. It is the key to running the race that is set before us well and finishing strong. Everyone who fulfilled divine destiny accurately embraced the Crucified life. But everyone who did not rejected the Crucified life. For instance, Samson would not have been on the laps of Delilah if he had led the Crucified life. The brethren who brought in damnable heresies in the early Church would not have done so if they had embraced the Crucified life.
If you want to know how to live the Crucified life, study the life of Paul the apostle. He was the pioneer of the crucified life in the post resurrection Church. Even Peter had to learn from him. In fact, the Bible made it clear that Jesus raised and fashioned Paul for us to have him as a pattern of the Christian life; that was after the 12 had slipped into Judaism.
WHAT ARE WE SHARING THIS MORNING?
The Bible says, “glorious things are spoken concerning you O city of God.” You are that City of God on the face of the earth. In other words, your divine destiny is pregnant with precious promises that are designed to be fulfilled in your life during your stay on this side of eternity. Some may have been revealed to you. That is why our devotional text today is saying to us;
“Having therefore these promises, beloved, let us purify ourselves from every pollution of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in God's fear.”.
That means the fulfillment of the precious promises that our divine destiny is pregnant with is conditioned on us perfecting holiness in the fear of God. It is conditioned on us purifying ourselves from every pollution of the flesh and spirit.
Are you ready to unleash your divine destiny? If the answer is yes, then make this devotional your meditation. Decide to lead a Christian life that is separated from spiritual pollution. And the only way to do that is to live the Crucified life that Jesus used Paul to fashion out for us.
You won’t fail in Jesus name!

“Now when neither sun nor stars appeared for many days, and no small tempest beat on us, all hope that we would be saved was finally given up.”
“But after long abstinence from food, then Paul stood in the midst of them and said, "Men, you should have listened to me, and not have sailed from Crete and incurred this disaster and loss.” Acts 27:2o-21 NKJV
Human life itself has become so complicated that sometimes we face things we do not understand why. We find ourselves in marriages we thought where God’s will only to wake up in mysterious circumstances that leave us wondering.
We find ourselves as pastors leading wolves, we taught were sheep. While some sheep find themselves under pastors, we thought were sheep pastors only to wake up to discover that they are also wolves in sheep clothing. You see wolves members devouring sheep pastors and wolves pastors devouring sheep members.
Often, we find ourselves in the hands of people and the mercy of places we thought were God’s will for our lives only to wake up to discover it was an error all the while.
I think, the Ignorance of God and lack of prophetic foresight has destroyed more people than Satan himself. Our lives will be full of complications if we lack these two forces – the knowledge of God and prophetic foresight into people, places and whatever we get ourselves into.
WHAT DO WE DO WHEN OUR LACK OF PROPHETIC FORESIGHT AND DIVINE KNOWLEDGE BRINGS US INTO STORMS THAT WE CANNOT CROSS?
That was what happened to the crew on the ship that our devotional text is ‘talking’ about. It’s been our month of Deep Intimacy, and glory be to God that today His Holy Spirit is bringing us into another dimension of truth.
When we face things that our human strength cannot handle, things that our anointing and faith cannot understand; that is when we need to go deep with God. When we find ourselves in mysterious circumstances, financially, spiritually, and otherwise that is when we need to launch into the deep for a catch.
When things you cannot explain starts happening in your life – negative things that leaves you wondering if there is God - that is a wakeup call to leave the shallow places of the Spirit and go deep in Jesus Christ. When God allows the perils of life to beat your intelligence and outwit you, it is a wakeup call to launch into the deep. However, you must have a true relationship with GOD for the launch to be successful.
Our devotional text today describes the life that many are living on planet earth today – the rich and the poor, the sick and the healthy, the married and the unmarried, the jobless and those in well paid jobs.
A Major highlight in the text says;
“Now when neither sun nor stars appeared for many days, and no small tempest beat on us, all hope that we would be saved was finally given up.”
Does this text describe you? Are you in a situation that all hope that you will be saved is lost? Have you lost sight of your Sun of hope and stars of divine visitation?
Has the tempest of life so beaten you in the area of marriage, finance, ministry, family, Child bearing or rearing, lack of accommodation and etc. that you have resorted to even take away your own life or depart from the faith? God sent this word to show you a better way out!
As one who has faced similar situations with even my siblings; moving from poverty to poverty, homelessness to homelessness, with the devil taking advantage of our vulnerability to harm us the more through church men and women with unkind hearts, I can boldly say to you “don’t give up, it’s not over! When you give up, then it’s over!!”
I have faces what it means to be in a relationship or marriage you thought was God’s will and try to make it look like God’s perfect will only to be taken up by terrible demonic backlash from the same person you are trying to make your life partner. I know what it means to be in a relationship that is a door to demonic assaults for years. I have faced the perils of false brethren almost all my Christian life.
The pain of trusting Church members that present themselves as God sent - people you share your pain with as a pastor and maybe lean on - only to find out they are terrible betrayers and devils in God uniform, is excruciating. There is the peril of false brethren. From the life of Paul, it’s clear that every apostolic person will face it.
IT’S ONE OF THE WORST PERILS YOU CAN HAVE ON EARTH.
In my days of previous perils, when I could no longer see the Sun of righteousness and the stars of His word for my life in the circumstances I found myself, I did what Paul did – I sought the LORD deeply. The Bible says;
But after long abstinence from food, then Paul stood in the midst of them and said, "Men, you should have listened to me, and not have sailed from Crete and incurred this disaster and loss.
And now I urge you to take heart, for there will be no loss of life among you, but only of the ship.
For there stood by me this night an angel of the God to whom I belong and whom I serve, saying, 'Do not be afraid, Paul; you must be brought before Caesar; and indeed God has granted you all those who sail with you.'
Therefore, take heart, men, for I believe God that it will be just as it was told me. Acts 27:21-25 NKJV
Long abstinence from food and deep prayers made this man Paul to change sides in the Spirit and migrate from where the storm found him to where God is – that was why he found an angel. The same can happen to us!
When you are face to face with situations captured in the no-Sun and no-Stars statement; when the tempest of life beat you so badly that men can rarely recognize you, that is the time to seek God deeply in powerful corporate assemblies where they emphasis deep intimacy.
When you seek Him where His true prophetic and apostolic graces are present to impart your life from time to time, you will change sides in the Spirit and come to a realm where angels battle to deliver the saints from the perils of life.
Angels do encamp around God! So, when you become deep with God, you come to the place where you interface with them – the place where God dwells. Angels also do encamp around the righteous. But it takes deep intimacy to come to that realm where their activities will become visible to you and active in your life.
Friend, I am persuaded that the message of today’s devotion has been passed. If you take time out and meditate in it, you will hear a word from God in your spirit saying to you “this is the way walk in it.”

There are certain people that are raised by God to hide others from evil winds, cover them from the tempest of personal mistakes etc. There are men that can function in your life as a shadow of a great rock in the scourging sun of the perils of life.
Yes, there are anointed God given men and women who can function as channels of the supernatural river of God in a dry land – people that are designed and anointed to always refresh you each time you read their works, sit under their ministries or commune with them personally.
That is what makes friendship, submission, or loyalty to such men a key to accessing and operating in divine wisdom.
A MAJOR HIGHLIGHT IN OUR DEVOTIONAL TEXT STATES;
“The eyes of those who see will not be dim, and the ears of those who hear will listen. Also the heart of the rash will understand knowledge...”
This is by reason of the men God has anointed to function as channels of divine wisdom on the face of the earth. One of such men was Solomon. Don’t forget, God made him the wisest person in his days. His wisdom was divine that was why it excelled that of every other person. The Bible says,
And God gave Solomon wisdom and exceedingly great understanding, and largeness of heart like the sand on the seashore. Thus Solomon's wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the men of the East and all the wisdom of Egypt.
For he was wiser than all men — than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Heman, Chalcol, and Darda, the sons of Mahol; and his fame was in all the surrounding nations. He spoke three thousand proverbs, and his songs were one thousand and five.
Also he spoke of trees, from the cedar tree of Lebanon even to the hyssop that springs out of the wall; he spoke also of animals, of birds, of creeping things, and of fish.
And men of all nations, from all the kings of the earth who had heard of his wisdom, came to hear the wisdom of Solomon. 1 Kings 4:29-34 NKJV
Indeed in his days Solomon functioned as a hiding place for the tempest of life for many, a shadow of a great rock for others, and rivers of divine wisdom in a dry place that was full of cruelty, earthly and demonic wisdom.
When he spoke hearts gained understanding, eyes that had sight saw, and ears that could hear listened. The queen of Sheba who history said later became one of his many wives, traveled from Ethiopia to Israel just to hear his wisdom. Many paid so much just to sit and hear him speak. His wisdom brought solution to the many problems that were facing his generation. That was why many pressed into it!
If you do not have divine wisdom, sometimes God will give you a man or a woman who has for you to listen to. If you refuse to listen to the person, you will wake up at the evening of your life to see how foolish you have lived your life.
In His mercy, God knows that not everyone will be able to access His wisdom directly. Not everyone can have their ears tuned to His Holy Spirit, maintaining a friendship that makes divine wisdom abundantly available. So, He will plant those who can’t access His wisdom directly around those who can so that nothing will be missing or broken in their lives.
For me, I had people that played that role in my life. I woke up one morning to discover that all my woes happened because I did not listen to some of the critical people God placed in my life. Anyone who will not listen to critical people God placed in his or her life will suffer things that will leave some scars in his or he life.
WE ALL NEED PEOPLE WHO ARE LEANING ON GOD FOR WISDOM TO LEAN ON IN MATTERS OF WISDOM UNTIL WE BECOME VERY STRONG OURSELVES.
Before Solomon grew up to become the wisest king, his mother was his personal teacher. The book of proverbs is full of things he learnt from his mother before others started learning from him. Sadly, when God bless us with such people, we usually lack the humility to sit and submit to them. We do not take the proper posture that is required to see the mercies of the LORD performed in our lives.
The posture to take under people God has raised to supply divine wisdom to you is that of father-son relationship. If your pride hinder you from taking this position under them you will suffer for nothing.
One of those men God raised to supply wisdom to a young man once wrote saying;
“My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart;” Proverbs 4:20-21 NKJV
Righteous fathers and mothers are raised by God to supply wisdom to children. Mark that phrase “righteous fathers and mothers.” That means I am not referring to the many aggrieved and wounded fathers and mothers who teach their Children the worst; I am referring to righteous fathers and mothers.
God placed a curse in scriptures on every Child who will not listen to his or her righteous parents.
As we bring this to a close today, I want you to understand that God do use men to teach others divine wisdom. These men could come as parents, teachers, Bible guides, apostles, prophets, pastors, or etc. They could come as young or old men and women, however, irrespective of how they come, they are to be treated with respect and honor so that all they carry can flow to us.
A young man or woman without a guide is like an aircraft without a pilot. One day they will crash without redemption. Make this devotional your meditation and you will never be caught in the perils of life.
If you are presently alone in the spirit or surrounded by foolish men who cannot tell you things that are in Line with God’s will, you are already in a snare. Very soon life will become unbearable to you.
Ask the LORD this day to give you a person who can fulfill His role in your life as an agent of divine wisdom if you do not have. The answer could be a prophet, an apostle, or even a life partner with the equipping your need.
LET THIS SCRIPTURE BE AN ADDITIONAL MEDITATION FOR TODAY!
Hear, my children, the instruction of a father, and give attention to know understanding; For I give you good doctrine: Do not forsake my law.
When I was my father's son, tender and the only one in the sight of my mother, He also taught me, and said to me: "Let your heart retain my words; Keep my commands, and live.
Get wisdom! Get understanding! Do not forget, nor turn away from the words of my mouth. Do not forsake her, and she will preserve you; Love her, and she will keep you.
Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding.
Exalt her, and she will promote you; she will bring you honor, when you embrace her.
She will place on your head an ornament of grace; a crown of glory she will deliver to you." Proverbs 4:1-9 NKJV

A song writer once said;
“Count your blessings name them one by one. Count your blessings see what God has done. Count your blessings, name them one by one, and it will surprise you what the LORD has done”
Indeed, if each one of us will sit down to count as the song says, it will change one’s perspective irrespective of what we may be going through now. God is real and great! Indeed, blessed is the man who strength is the LORD; who sets his heart on pilgrimage.
God in His mercies rescued us from sin and set our hearts on Heavenly pilgrimage. People who set their hearts on Heavenly pilgrimage walk in prepared paths in Christ Jesus – they see the finished works of Christ manifesting in their lives. That is our testimony!
This morning there is a word for us from the LORD. You see when the Bible says in Genesis 2 that GOD finished His works and rested, He truly rested and has not done anything else since then. The Only thing He has been doing since then is the ex*****on of His redemption plan for mankind. The beauty is that, even that has been completed. It was completed with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus. Our Job is just to step into it and experience the blessing.
Friend, there is something many do not know about God! God finishes before He starts.
HE OPERATES THE EARTH IN A PRE PLAN SYSTEM. A FINISHED-WORKS SYSTEM!
In prophetic sense, if you want to experience Him and His marvelous works in your life, GOD will not need to do anything new. You are the one to do something new - something you have never done; something new. And that thing is leaving your own ways and stepping into His ways! The Bible says;
Thus says the Lord: "Stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, where the good way is, and walk in it; Then you will find rest for your souls. But they said, 'We will not walk in it.' Jeremiah 6:16 NKJV
The first thing this scripture presents is the solution to whatever mankind (we all) may be going through - the solution to a life of poverty and reproach, hardship and toiling, sicknesses and diseases, spiritual attacks and pains, curses and sinful living etc.! It presents the solution to premature deaths, marital crisis, career crisis, Child rearing troubles, criminalities etc.
No matter what you may be going through, the solution lies in the scripture. It made so many things clear. It presents a walk in God’s finished works (ways and Old paths) as the key to turning our lives around. When we walk in God’s ancient paths, we enjoy His ancient miracles.
In other words, the things He did in Egypt and in the lives of those who lived in Bible days can be repeated in our lives if we walk in the very paths, they walked in.
Let me reiterate again that God does not do new things to fix lives. He has finished His works both at creation and on the cross. The last words of Jesus before He died where “It is finished” not “I am finished. “Everything is finished. There is nothing else left to be done!
No matter how much your life has been battered and you pray about it, He will not do a new thing to fix it. He has already done everything to fix it. They are contained in His pre-planned system. He will only send His Spirit and servants to help you locate that system and push you into it. If you do, your life will change! His pre-planned system is called His ways, plans, and Old paths.
The Bible says that is where the good way is – that is where rest lies. If you find it and walk in it, no matter the kind of devils that may be on your case, you will find rest for your soul.
Thus says the Lord: "Stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, where the good way is, and walk in it; Then you will find rest for your souls. But they said, 'We will not walk in it.' Jeremiah 6:16 NKJV
THE SPIRITUAL POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR MAN’S PREDICAMENT
Every human on earth is operating a spiritual position. The lost and the saved, the Christian and the Muslim, the Buddhists and the Hindus, the atheist and the freemasons, the animist and he who have no religion – everyone on the face of the earth is operating in a spiritual position – a way that seems right to their eyes. And the Bible says;
“There is a way that seems right to a man and appears straight before him, but at the end of it is the way of death.” Proverbs 16:25 AMP
That is why death has been on the paths of mankind. We follow ways that seems right to us and end up in terrible circumstances that sometimes lack redemption. In following ways that seem right to us we are telling the true God who was made manifest in Christ Jesus “we will not walk in your ways.”
Not walking in His ways is spending your days outside His finished works – things that were finished for your life both at creation and on the cross. And the Bible is so clear that if we spend our days outside His ways and Old paths, we will never find rest for our souls.
If you therefore see anyone who is suffering from any attacks of the devil, someone trapped in sin, sickness, financial difficulties and sorrows, going through one hard life or the other, you have found someone who may be walking in his own ways. There can be no rest for our souls in paths full of our own ways.
Rest can only be found for a troubled soul in God’s pre-planned operation system – a system that does not do new things in a man’s life; a system that only gets what God has finished from the foundation of the world done in a man’s life.
That is why a genuine preacher will not ask you to give him or her some money to solve your problems. Neither will he ask that you use water, Oil, mustard seed, incense or candles to pray and chase the devils out of your life. He knows it is heretic. Only false preachers do all these and even more. A genuine preacher will push you into the pre-planned program of God for your life to find rest for your soul and then train you to spend your days serving your generation according to the will of GOD!
THAT BRINGS US TO OUR DEVOTIONAL TEXT FOR TODAY!
There is an Old path contain in it! You cannot serve your generation according to the will of God without walking in it. That was the paths that our father Abraham in the Old Testament and the apostles in the new walked it. It was the very way Jesus came to show and establish our feet on. Until we uncover and walk in it, we will never find rest for our souls.

“Blessed is the man whose strength is in you, whose heart is set on pilgrimage. As they pass through the Valley of Baca, they make it a spring; the rain also covers it with pools. They go from strength to strength; each one appears before God in Zion.” Psalms 84:5-7 NKJV.
That Old path is the path of spending your days on earth on Heavenly pilgrimage under the LORDSHIP of Jesus Christ – king of kings and LORD of lords. It is the path of knowing that you are a pilgrim on earth – a temporary resident. It tells you to make Jesus your LORD and savior and lead a Holy Spirit guided and fashioned life until your time on earth is over.
Our father Abraham followed this path under the lordship of the pre-incarnate Christ. The Bible made it clear that he spent his days waiting for the City which has foundation, whose maker and builder is God. That is the Heavenly City my friend.
If you read the Holy Scriptures further, you will find out that because of this faith position, Abraham spent his entire days setting his heart on pilgrimage, passing through the valleys of Baca or weeping and turning them into springs or pools of blessing. He went from strength to strength and became a father of many nations. Our lives will not be less fulfilled If we do the same paths!
Heaven is the best place to fix your eyes on while living on the earth. The reasons are obvious. That is where we came from and that is where we are going back to. We came from God and are going back to Him. So, its best we spend our days on earth with our eyes on where we will go when we die. Life in Heaven is part of the ages to come. And there are powers of the ages to come.
One major way we connect those powers is by doing just that – living a life of Heavenly pilgrimage on earth. When we connect the powers of the ages to come, it will generate so much supernatural forces in our lives that will make it impossible for shame, reproach, hardship, sin, pain, marital or financial crisis to chain us down. We will just find rest for our souls!
May God use these words to brighten up your day even as we say goodbye to the first month of our year of going forward! AMEN
