"Do not fret because of evildoers, Nor be envious of the workers of iniquity. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, And wither as the green herb. Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass. He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, And your justice as the noonday. Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass. Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; Do not fret-it only causes harm." Psalm 37:1-8.

"The righteous cry out, and thd Lord hears, And delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all. He guards all his bones; Not one of them is broken. Evil shall slay the wicked, And who hate the righteous shall be condemned. The Lord redeems the soul of His servants, AND NONE OF THOSE WHO TRUST IN THE LORD SHALL BE CONDEMNED." Psalm 34:17-22. Brothers and Sisters, let us stay strong and continue on pursuing the ways of the Lord. "For a righteous man may fall seven times And rise again, But the wicked shall fall by calamity." Proverbs 24:16.

Maintain Your Life with God. "But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life." Jude verse 20-21. Here is the best part, because "it is Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy." Jude verse 24. Let's take heart, for our God will never loose sight of us.

"You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, AND IT GIVES LIGHT TO ALL WHO ARE IN THE HOUSE. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven." Matthew 5:14-16

Why are we waiting for the lights/power to come back so we can continue with life while we own candles? Jesus is the light of the world. We being His followers are also light, He is the main source and we are the agents. It's time we let it shine...
