Road to Destiny 8/23/26 - "The Blood Still Works". Blood can be looked at as the channel through which life passes through the body. It brings connection to all of the individual elements and truly makes us whole. Without blood, our systems cannot support each other or live individually. When blood is pure, all of the body receives and benefits from what carries in the blood. But when blood is tainted, all of the body becomes tainted. It is this concept, which God demonstrated in our bodies that also represents our spiritual life and the concept of holiness. One sin passes through blood to all of our spiritual soul. Thus, when one part is compromised, all is compromised. The only remedy is a transfusion that replenishes purified blood.

Jesus came to provide a source of purified blood. That source becomes the means by which we are once again purified. We are made holy, not because of anything we've done, but by accepting what Christ did. His blood makes us whole and enables us to enter into the presence of a holy God. That blood was shed over 2,000 years ago, but it is still as pure today as it was when it bled from the cross then. It still provides healing, salvation, deliverance and restoration. If you'll accept it, your restoration is available, because "The Blood Still Works!"

Road to Destiny 8/17/26 - "You Can Bear It". 1 Corinthians 10:13 - provides us with a word of inspiration that everyone who's ever been driven to do something that you thought you couldn't overcome! If you trust in God, He will never allow you to enter a situation that you cannot make it through. The situation may seem impossible, but the scripture reminds us that "God is faithful". That alone should speak to you and remind you that He will not leave you. But it goes on to say that He'll never allow you to be tempted beyond what you're able to bear. That means that you are stronger than you think you are. You may have to go through something you've never been before, because that is the process of growing stronger. We don't get yesterday's tests after we pass them. We move on to the next level and greater challenges. But He ends with this ... right when it seems hope is lost, He WILL provide a way of escape. That means if you hold on, keep trusting and stay faithful, you will make it, and you will win. Hold onto the promise that God will take you through!

Road to Destiny 8/9/26 - "The Power of the Holy Spirit". There is true power to be discovered through the Holy Spirit. God's gifts and anointings flow through His Spirit. He comes to us to enable change and restoration, first to us, then to the world. If we allow it, the Holy Spirit will first change us; our character, our ways of thinking. He will take what has felt normal, but is actually biased by our sinful nature and teach us what it really means to be children of God. In doing so, we will be different and see the world around us different. We will become His witnesses.

The spiritual gifts of God also flow through the Holy Spirit. He will use you as a conduit to share his gifts first through the fruit of love, peace, temperance, and then also through healing, wisdom and even miracles. Through you, God touches and changes the world around us. This is a power you don't want to do without. Give yourself fully to Him, and let Him change your life from the inside out.

Road to Destiny 8/2/26 - "The Foolishness of Preaching". The bible says that, "God has made the wisdom of this world look foolish". He challenges our confidence in our own abilities and understanding by using things we disregard to achieve the greatest victories. Moses was rejected as a leader, had a stuttering problem, lacked confidence in himself, but God used him to part the Red Sea. David was the youngest and least appreciated member of his family, but God made Him King. He used Gideon's 300 to defeat thousands! This tells us that you don't have to be the smartest, strongest, fastest to be used by God. God does things that we deem to be impossible. What seems great to us is actually simple to him. Trust Him, and He'll do great things through you!

Road to Destiny 7/26/26 - "The Faith Gap". The Faith Gap is the space between what you believe and what you understand. We tend to be comfortable with believing for things we can rationalize, like a doctor's treatment, or things we can save up enough to buy. The real challenge of faith comes from believing for things that are beyond our ability. We need faith that is bigger than us and requires a big God!

Road to Destiny - "Behold Your King". It's pretty interesting how different Jesus, as the Messiah, actually was versus what everyone was expecting the Messiah to be. In that time there were looking for a king that would triumph over their enemies. Instead, he came riding into Jerusalem humble, on a donkey. We must be careful not to miss God simply because He doesn't 'look' like we expect Him to look.

Road to Destiny - "The One Accord Church". From time-to-time people ask what happened to the power of God seen during the time of the apostles. So often we look for an individual that displays access to this power, but the real power is in the church, the unified church. God sees the church as one body, and when we are unified, we are powerful. The church has always demonstrated power when we're in One Accord.
