Still soaking in the beauty of last Sunday at Nairobi Baptist Church Ongata Rongai 🤍 There's something so sacred about looking around the room and seeing each of you—showing up with open hearts, tired bodies, expectant spirits, and sometimes even unspoken burdens. That's exactly why the theme, "Spirit-Helped Praying," landed so deeply. We journeyed through Romans 8:26-27 together, and what a gift it was to be reminded that in our weakest, most speechless moments, the Holy Spirit Himself steps in with groanings too deep for words. He doesn't wait for us to get our prayers perfect—He meets us right in the middle of the mess and prays on our behalf according to the will of God. Isn't that overwhelming grace?

To everyone who walked through the doors, thank you. 🙏 Thank you for bringing your presence, your worship, your vulnerability, and your "yes" to God. You didn't just attend a service—you co-created an atmosphere where healing could happen and faith could rise. Whether you came full of joy or barely holding it together, you belonged there. We truly felt like family, the kind that doesn't pretend but shows up authentically, leaning together on the Spirit's help.

This past Sunday was nothing short of beautiful in the presence of God 🙏✨ From heartfelt worship to the powerful word and the joy of fellowship, it was a reminder of how blessed we are to gather as one family in Christ. Every smile, every moment, and every connection made the day truly special.

As we step into this new week, we also take a moment to lift up our children as they head back to school 📚🎒 This is a new season for them—filled with opportunities to learn, grow, and shine.

We pray that God goes before them, granting them wisdom, understanding, discipline, and favor in their studies. May they be protected in every place they go and be a light to everyone they encounter.

To all our learners, step into this term with confidence and courage—God is with you every step of the way 💙

Isaiah 66:13 - As a mother comforts her child, so will I comfort you; and you will be comforted over Jerusalem.

Last Sunday’s Holy Communion service was filled with deep reverence, joy, and a powerful sense of God’s presence. 🙏🏽✨

From the heartfelt worship led by our vibrant youth to the sacred time of communion, every moment reminded us of God’s faithfulness and love for His people.

We are so grateful to everyone who joined us and continues to be part of our church family—your presence makes every gathering special. 🤍

Through the message shared by Mr. Karicho Githumbi, we were reminded in John 16:1–15 of the promise of the Holy Spirit—the One who convicts, guides, and reveals truth to us. As we reflect on this, may we continue to walk in obedience, allowing the Spirit to lead us daily and draw us closer to Christ.

Thank you once again for being part of such a meaningful service. We look forward to growing together in faith, love, and truth.
