IDENTITY CRISIS ABOUT REAL MANHOOD #-: If you were not fathered well, you can never be a good father !!! - There are 3 points in the ritual of Manhood :- 1).The ritual must prepare you to be a provider. 2).The ritual must instill in you the ability of having the vision to create wealth for the Family. 3).The ritual must teach you the Importance of being selfless for the family. #-: A culture that teaches manhood is about dominance is of the “colonization mentality” and backwardness. -: A culture that empowers a man into his true nature of responsibilities should be embraced. Because culture is not static but progressive and should help us men in adapting what serves the family. #-: A man should be taught on how to attain – a). Moral Compassed. b). A philosophical engine. c).Financial strategies. For them to create a conducive Environment in the home, so that the rest of the family can contribute in the maintenance of the said Environment. #-: Types of Men who are Fathers -: -1.Dead beat Fathers = fathers who like being labeled fathers but don’t care about the moral responsibility of their kids. -2.Fragmented involved fathers = they believe that providence is the key factor of their fatherhood, yet their own ambitions surpasses and override the value of the family. -3.Intentional fathers = The Ideal man of the house. He knows that the family is his gift from GOD. Always available in the shaping of the family’s future. He knows how to submit to the purpose of Fatherhood. #-: True Providence has 3 Stances -: :- Providing Financially for the family. :- Providing Time for family bonding. :- Providing growth of Intellect in the family. -When a man suffers the crisis of Fatherhood identity, He will not be available in the providence of Time and Intellectual parts in the family, Thus making the upcoming generation go through a phase of difficulty that could have been
avoided. #-: A Man should strive to become a library of Knowledge for the family rather than being an Entertainer for the family. we need Men whose presence is Felt not just seen !!! #-: A man does not bond by Talking alone, rather by engaging in An activity done together.

-1stCorinthians.5:9/11-12 and 6:16/18-The word clearly states the stand on sins in the church.especially the sexual nature. you get united with your sexual partner..meaning if they have curses you inherit it, if they have evil covenants you are included in them too. so the more body count you have, the more ties you have in the spiritual realm.Now imagine the laying of hands from a sexually immoral minister?!!
-A minister has dominion in the physical and spiritual realm.and prayer ministry being an exchange operation,the minister will transfer his sins to you as well as those acquired from praying for others !!! thus the warning in 1st Timothy.5:22.

-As Matthew.10:23 states:- Today I say to All those who are deeply pained or traumatized by whatever bad experience under certain churches out there,take heart and keep seeking GOD.don't give-up on churches or Ministers of GOD just run to the next town(church),as HE promised you Will meet your GOD in one of those towns.There are still True and Genuine Servants of the living GOD out there,who still holds the Truth of the word of hope.they may not seem so in your sight but the are recognized by Heaven.
-So next time you seek-out for the truth, don't go looking for prophetic prayers, go seek out for prophetic solutions to your issues!!!!!!!

JESUS had so many lessons to teach us. from words HE spoke to HIS daily interactions.
-THE NIGHT OF BETRAYAL :- when Judas rose from the table,Jesus didn't call him back nor send any of the disciples after him. He understood His mission and each and every participant's role.
-sometimes the most spiritual mature response to betrayal in not revenge nor trying to get closure by confrontation - but it's to just continue to walk your assignment like nothing happened. because the betrayal has no power to stop the mission. The betrayer was just playing their part.
-Once you understand that the Mission won't pause for people who aren't built to complete it with you, the burden of Anger will be lifted and the chains that hold you to past pain will be shattered !!!
-Stay on your Mission path and learn to appreciate those who are seen as fools just because they are willing to follow your cause. and learn to let go of the betrayers who see themselves as wise.

The question on assignment is - "why people have testimonies of deterioration of blessings in churches"!(Nikikuja hapa nilikua na kitu lakini sasa zimeisha).
-we talked about two people 1).The Annointed servant.(Mtumishi) and 2).The appointed member.(Mshirika)
:-you have to understand their different roles in the church so as to know the operations of their expected obligations and the consequences of defaulting them.
1. THE MINISTER-He needs to be Legally Appointed by GOD for everything to fall in place in the sanctuary.(Mathew.7:15-23).
2. THE FOLLOWER-They need to truly demonstrate their loyalty first to GOD then the minister and the church for the full completion of the transfer of blessings to take effect.(Romans.2:6-11).

:- DEUTERONOMY.18:1-7 -states the different roles in terms of blessings.The minister get's from the people,for He is consecrated to the LORD. and here is where the mess-up starts !!!
- The mess is the Ignorance of the calculations of the measure in GOD'S Temple.
:-MALACHI.3:10-It starts by saying bring the "WHOLE TITHE" into the storehouse,that there may be food in my house. Emphasis here is the "Whole tithe".if you don't bring the whole tithe then you are considered by GOD as a ROBBER.and GOD clearly expresses how HE feels on that matter-"GOD says -you are CURSED for the robbing.(malachi.3:8-9)!
-MEMBER-How do we rob GOD?-(LEVITICUS.27:30-33).Describes how to-:1). give your tithe. 2).Redeeming(penalty for late tithing). 3).substitution of tithe.-If you don't get to understand the concept,you find yourself defaulting in this law of TITHING thus facing it's dire consequences!
-HOW DOES GOD KNOW WE ROB HIM?- (HAGGAI.2:14-17)-: When the Minister opens the tithed -verse 16,say's "when HE came expecting 20, HE found 10.when HE went to draw 50, HE found 20".with Anger the LORD reacts by-verse 17" HE struck the works of your hands with blight,mildew,and hail".and the result is described in the same book of HAGGAI.1:5-11.
-MINISTER-When you show partiality to the members you incur on your self a curse.(MALACHI.1:6-9).Because of favourism your blessings uttered is exactly a curse.as it's clearly stated.(MALACHI.2:1-2).SO as a tither first confirm the minister if they have the blessed blessings or the cursed blessings! - HOW? you shall know them by their fruits.(characters,teachings,attitude,holiness and righteousness)impacted on their subjects(members).as in MATTHEW.7:15-20).
-so our conclusion shows that you as the tither needs first to access your gift to make sure it's up to code with the law,then know the kind of minister you have uttering the words of acceptance to your gift!
-Modern people are tricked by the appearance and social standing but forget what JEREMIAH.22:15-16-say's about having more and more cedar(wealth).you need to ask yourself "does the LORD know my minster or He is one in LUKE.16:1-8.
-AS A TITHER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU AFTER GIVING YOUR OFFERTORY SO EDUCATE YOURSELF WITH THE LAWS OF TITHE AND OTHER OFFERINGS !!!
-ROMANS.15:26-27-Here clearly shows an exchange between a MINISTER and a FOLLOWER.your minister ought to have the Spiritual Blessings so as to share in the Material Blessings.if not adjust your priority as a member!!!
