So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.

John 17: 15-25

I am not asking You to take them out of the world, but to keep them away from the evil one. They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. Sanctify them in the truth; Your word is truth. Just as You sent Me into the world, I also sent them into the world. To meet the whole needs of individuals and to return dignity to the unreached peoples of East Africa and beyond. Did you know that Lifeway serves in over 10 countries in East Africa? Some regions are hostile to the Gospel. Because we have faced persecution and excommunication in many forms, we are committed to serving the persecuted church. Family members have been ostracized or imprisoned for their faith in Jesus, so we come alongside those in need with both spiritual and financial support.

During the cessation of movement in Kenya due to COVID - 19 Pandemic, the core team at Lifeway Mission International spent time calling fellow Disciple - Makers in the field encouraging and praying for and with them. Now that the restriction has been lifted, the team is reaching out to train, encourage and build up the disciple-makers. We are blessed to know that you are praying with us for the success of this noble work, Making – Disciples, who make Disciples.

Romans 10
14 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard?
