THINGS TO CONSIDER WHILE FASTING....

1. Replace your eating with reading the word of God
2. Avoid dehydration by drinking a lot of water.
3. Remove distractions..(things that might hinder your fasting...e.t.c phones)
4. Fast in humility and not in recognition.
5. Ask for grace from God to complete the fast.
6. If you're on medication, seek advice from your doctor.
