The Heirs of God Assembly

The Heirs of God Assembly And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with This is the gathering of heirs of Christ. Feel most welcome

This means “You are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir” (Galatians 4:7). Simply put, everything that God owns belongs to us as well because we belong to Him. Our eternal inheritance as co-heirs with Christ is the result of the amazing grace of God.

*What You See Is What You Get*

Beloved, you must learn to see yourself beyond your current circumstances, limited resources, or present condition. See yourself through the lens of God’s promise. Vision is powerful because it attracts provision and shapes you into the person capable of carrying what God has destined for you.

The Lord said to Abram after Lot separated from him:

*“Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever.”*
— Genesis 13:14–15

God also asked Jeremiah:

*“Jeremiah, what seest thou? And I said, I see a rod of an almond tree. Then said the LORD unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it.”*
— Jeremiah 1:11–12

What you continually see by faith will influence what you pursue, how you pray, and who you become. Do not allow your present reality to blind you from your future promise. Keep the vision alive, because God is faithful to fulfill His word.

Remain Blessed!

Recalibration of the Route

Once you key in your destination on Google Maps, it directs you on the path to follow to reach your destination. If you ignore the route and take a different path, it does not give up on you. It recalibrates and continues guiding you towards your destination.

If Google Maps cannot give up on you, then what about God, who is merciful and faithful? Even if you have made mistakes or taken the wrong path in life, the Lord will not abandon you. He is still able to redirect you towards your destiny. The Bible says:

“Faithful is He that calleth you, who also will do it.”
— 1 Thessalonians 5:24

God is still committed to the purpose He placed upon your life. Your detours have not cancelled your destiny. He can recalibrate your journey and still lead you where He intended you to be.

Remain Blessed!

Thigh Land (Thailand)

Samson traded his destiny cheaply because of “thigh land.” He rested on Delilah’s thighs, revealed the secret of his strength, and ended up captured by the Philistines.

Solomon, the wisest man who ever lived, kept a thousand women, many of whom were foreigners. In the end, his heart was turned away, and he concluded that all his pursuits were “vanity of vanities.”

David, once an innocent shepherd boy who became king, also fell into temptation when he saw Uriah’s wife bathing, despite already having many wives of his own.

But Joseph chose differently. When he was aggressively lured into sexual sin by Potiphar’s wife, he did not negotiate with temptation. He fled. That remains one of the greatest remedies against sexual immorality: flee temptation.

The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 6:18:

“Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.”

Not every battle is meant to be fought by standing still. Some battles are won by running away from temptation before it destroys purpose, destiny, and intimacy with God.

In the Wilderness

The wilderness is a purposeful, God-ordained season of testing, isolation, and preparation designed to shift a believer’s dependence from the world to God, just as He did with the children of Israel in the desert. It is the process through which God shapes and prepares His people for a glorious future.

In the wilderness, manna was given daily to the Israelites. They could only gather enough for one day at a time. This teaches us that during seasons of wilderness, God often provides what we need for each moment and each day, emphasizing to us to entirely depend on Him.

In the wilderness, mountains skipped like rams at the praise of Israel (Psalm 114). This reminds us that even stubborn challenges can give way when God’s people lift up praises in the midst of difficult seasons.

In the wilderness, the Israelites crossed River Jordan. In the same way, you must confront your fears, step forward in faith, and overcome the obstacles before you.

In the wilderness, Israel had to contend with the Jebusites, Hittites, Amorites, and the king of Heshbon in order to possess their inheritance (Deuteronomy 2:24). Likewise, there are spiritual battles that must be fought through prayer, faith, and perseverance to obtain what God has promised.

Trust the process.
The wilderness is not meant to destroy you; it is meant to shape you.

Do not give up.

Do Not Be Too Available

Salt is rarely listed on the menu, yet its absence is immediately noticed in a meal.

Toilet paper is seldom mentioned among a house’s valuables, but when it is missing, the restroom quickly becomes chaotic.

Gold is widely regarded as highly valuable primarily because it is rare. Its supply is limited and grows very slowly, making it a reliable long-term store of value.

Human nature often fails to appreciate what is constantly and excessively available.

That is why Proverbs 25:17 (NIV) says:

“Seldom set foot in your neighbor’s house; too much of you, and they will hate you.”

Wisdom teaches us that over-availability can reduce value and appreciation. Sometimes, absence creates recognition, honor, and gratitude.

Not everyone who loses you hated you; some only discovered your value after your absence.

The Book of Remembrance

Mordecai discovered a conspiracy by two of the king’s officers, Bigthana and Teresh, to assassinate King Ahasuerus, and he reported it, thereby saving the king’s life. Though his heroic deed was initially forgotten, a timely sleepless night led the king to review the “Book of Remembrance,” and Mordecai was eventually honored for saving the king’s life (Esther 6:1–3).

When King Hezekiah became deathly ill and the prophet Isaiah told him to set his house in order because he would die, Hezekiah prayed and asked God to remember his faithful service. He wept bitterly before the Lord, and God responded by adding fifteen years to his life and promising to defend him (Isaiah 38:1–5).

The Lord also “remembered” Rachel in Genesis 30:22 after many years of waiting, blessing her with a son, Joseph, in His perfect timing.

Hannah was childless, distressed, and constantly provoked by her co-wife. In deep anguish, she poured out her heart before the Lord at Shiloh. According to 1 Samuel 1:19–20, “the LORD remembered her,” and she conceived and gave birth to Samuel.

The sorrow and pain you are going through are not hidden from God. He is aware of your weakness, your tears, and your silent prayers. In His appointed time, your season of pain will come to an end, for “He remembered us in our weakness. His faithful love endures forever” (Psalm 136:23).

Maintain Your Path

Just as:

A train has its own railway line to Mombasa.

A bus and a car use the road to reach Mombasa.

Planes use the air to get to Mombasa.

In the same way, every person has a unique path ordained by God toward his or her destiny.

You do not need to envy or compare yourself with others who are walking on different paths.

Paul the Apostle said in Philippians 3:13-14 KJV:

"…but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus."

Therefore, run your race well by maintaining your path.

Bank Analogy

Let us use a banking system to understand this scripture:

Psalm 37:5: “Commit your way to the LORD; trust in Him, and He will do it.”

To commit is like depositing money in a bank. You release it from your hands and place it under the bank’s control.

To trust means you are convinced your money is safe, without constant worry.

“He will do it” is the confidence that you will receive it back at the right time, often with interest.

In the same way:

Commit your way means handing over your life, plans, and burdens to God.
Trust in Him means relying on His wisdom, not your own.
He will do it assures that God will act for your good in His time.

The Enemy Is Always Close

In the murder of the former Kasipul Kabondo legislator, the bodyguard was accused of conspiring with the killers and trailing him.

Laurent-Désiré Kabila, the former President of the DRC, was assassinated on January 16, 2001, in his office in Kinshasa by one of his own bodyguards.

The Philistines captured Samson, tortured him, and gouged out his eyes after he was betrayed by Delilah (Judges 16).

Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve apostles, betrayed Jesus Christ to the Sanhedrin for thirty pieces of silver (Luke 22).

Kindly note that the enemy is often closer than you think. Being surrounded by good-hearted people is a blessing—it propels you toward your destiny. Otherwise, you may be moving forward while unknowingly within the reach of wickedness.

Pray continually that God surrounds you with the right people, for “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights…” (James 1:17).

The Power of Truth

Smearing clay around a metal object is an effort in futility. The clay will eventually dry up, crack and lose its grip on the metal.

Pregnancy will eventually become visible, no matter how hard one tries to hide it.

Health deterioration will show, however much someone tries to appear healthy.

When a person is under the influence of alcohol, it becomes evident through their incoherent speech and the smell, no matter how much they try to look sober.

In the same way, the Bible tells us that there is nothing we can do against the truth, but only for it (2 Corinthians 13:8).

The truth will stand.

Prove All Things

It is wise to ensure clothes fit well before paying and leaving the store.

A product is trusted when the manufacturer’s seal is intact, which proves that it has not been tampered with.

Doctors confirm life in the womb through ultrasound, where they see movement and the heart beating.

In the same way, the Bible instructs us:
“Prove all things; hold fast to that which is good.” (1 Thessalonians 5:21)

Do not follow every voice. Test it.
Follow the Word of God, for the Spirit and the Word agree (1 John 5:7–8).

Truth must be proven, then held firmly.
